Chapter one :Diamonds are a girl's best friend

''Luna you need to go to the right where there are not too many guards'' Killian said. ''Oh my god Kill how many times should I say this, whenever l am on a job call me TB. Gosh why is he so fucking annoying.'' I said while knocking out a bodyguard.

''I heard the last part, Luna'' he said trying to annoy me and it wasn't workin'. ''You were supposed to dumbass .Now where should I go?'' I asked rudely.

''You should go to the left and then that's when you'll reach the vault and remember what Ariel said ,you only have thirty seconds to get into the vault and replace the real diamond with the fake diamonds.'' he said sounding so nervous on the coms since it was the first time he'd actually helped me in a heist. Killian wasn't my first choice on this mission but since the others were 'busy' he was the only available option.

''Yeah, yeah ,yeah l get it .This isn't the first time l've done this and also I've been in way more compromising situations than this, so shut up and let me do the stealing.'' I said not noticing the muscular meatheads behind me.

''Ma'am this is a highly restricted area, you need to leave'' meathead number one said with a husky voice and I was startled.

''Told you to be more careful, Luna'' Killian said over the coms and I wanted to strangle him but right now I had to figure out a way outta this mess.

''Sorry ,got lost on the way to the restroom.'' I said sounding very nervous ''And by the look on your faces, you don't believe me ,do you? So I'll just leave.'' .Before I could take a step the two boneheads started charging at me and they were about to know what a grave mistake they just did.

''You really should have just let me go.'' was all I said before my red lipstick turned black and my fabulous costume which was designed by my lovely Bff turned white.

A mischievous grin appeared on my face and one of the guards was fear-stricken and he fled the scene while the other one stayed looking as if he was about to kill me.

''You should have ran away like your cowardly friend and lived to see another day but alas you stayed. Now you're gonna die.'' I said while looking at him as though he was my prey and indeed he was. Like all the predators do I'm gonna play with my prey first.

With lightning fast speed I dashed across the room and started laughing maniacally. ''Haven't you heard the saying that diamonds are a girl's best friend, well these diamonds I'm gonna steal after beating you black and blue are going to become my new best friends and there is nothing you can do about it.''

With ease I disarm him, take his gun and shoot him. ''Well that was easy and boring now it's time to get to the dangerous and fun part.'' I say as I waltz away.

Five minutes and a surprisingly boring heist later*****

''Well that was boring'' I said.

''Oh what happened ,I wasn't watchin' 'cause I was too busy breaking up with Beatrice.'' Killian said as I was getting into the van. ''Oh! I thought you were dating Ashley'' I asked. ''No! I dated Ashley six months ago.'' Kill said sounding amused. ''Ok so to make this short ride even shorter tell me why you broke up with what's her face? ''I said.

''Fine'' Kill finally gave in ''We broke up 'cause ,do you remember my college roommate Rick who came by my house a few weeks ago...'. Before he could finish I had already pieced it all together.

''Oh so that's why Rick's in the hospital with a broken spine and neck'' I said while scratching my neck awkwardly.

''Yep, so don't tell my brother 'cause he would kill me'' Kill confessed. I knew what I was gonna do when I reached home tonight.

Killian dropped me home and quickly drove away while I entered my house to find my sister and my best friend eating a bowl of chili while watching my tv in my living room.

''Hey guys what are you doing here?'' I asked.
