Chapter 7.2

Chapter 7.2

Tai Keixin trembled in terror, and she said, "my lord, I've not done anything that offended you."

Hearing her, Chi An spoke in his fast-paced tone, "you've done nothing?"

Tai Keixin, a skilled observer of human behavior, anticipated Chi An's intentions and deployed smoke bombs to disappear. In seconds, she transformed into a black wolf with emerald eyes and bounded through the forest, covering the ground faster than a Kappa, thanks to her heightened strength and speed. As she leaped from branch to branch, her claws left deep, four-pronged marks on the bark.

After running without seeing Chi An's shadow, Tai Keixin thought,' If I continue at this speed, I should be out of the jungle shortly.'

Tai Keixin believed she could escape the forest before Chi An could catch her, and she also assumed that even though Chi An was strong, he wouldn't openly kill her, which gave her a glimmer of confidence.

As Chi An witnessed the action amidst the swirling smoke of various colors, illuminated by the moonlight, he snorted in disdain. He transformed into a cloud of black smoke, revealing his cold, sanguine eyes before reappearing directly in front of the omega.

Suddenly seeing Chi An, the black wolf panicked. The wolf's shining emerald eyes kept shaking like an unsteady bulb light. Only seeing those bloody sanguine eyes, cold sweat ran down the wolf's spine.

The Black wolf stepped back fearfully, 'it's only an Alpha King wolf level that can move with incredible speed.

Tai Keixin regretted meeting such a monster. Although she hadn't seen Chi An's animal or human form, she knew he was a devil. After all, there are monsters among monsters.

"I will..."

Thud!!!

Not giving her the breathing space to speak, a sanguine claw leaking out blood moved like the claws of a skeleton: a scary sight. The next moment, the lumps of wolf meat fell on the ground, stifling her scream.

Chi An looked coldly at the situation and spoke in his fast-paced voice, "Keep your opinion to yourself, or better still, report it to Hades."

{The Classroom.}

After that brutal night, the next day began like a blossom petals. Jun Mey entered the classroom to see Nuan Mei shamelessly prodding Chi An, who tried to angle away from Nuan Mei.

The sight surprised Jun Mey because Chi An, a supposed cold guy, was finding it tough to handle Nuan Mei. However, she maintained steady eyes.

Thinking about it, Jun Mey maintained a neutral expression, 'who can handle Nuan Mei's child-like nature,' she thought.

Jun Mey knew that Nuan Mei didn't care about people's personalities because they had to play with her, and it wasn't her problem whether someone was a mysterious person or a ruthless brute.

'Who knows what Nuan Mei is feeding him,' Jun Mey pondered, still fixing her gaze on them as she came closer.

"Chi An, you're powerful," Nuan Mei said, sweeping her hands around. "And your mental strength is unrivaled. I can't believe you defeated me in hand wrestling."

Chi An, who avoided eye contact with Nuan Mei, said, "I'm a man." Angling away from the unrestrained Nuan Mei, Chi An, said, "you're weaker than me."

Nuan Mei raised his left arm and clenched her fist, saying, "I'm not trying to boast. Mey is no match for me in hand wrestling."

Finishing her bragging statement, she suddenly saw Jun Mey's face since she tipped her head down, looking at the ceiling. Seeing Jun Mey's forehead surprised her, but she quickly turned and jumped on her like she hadn't seen her for ages.

Chi An knew that Jun Mey might be masking her strength to make the child-like Nuan Mei feel better.

Hoping on the body of Jun Mey, Nuan Mei asked, "Mey, when did you arrive?" Seeing that Jun Mey had a neutral expression, she raised her hand and rounded it in the air. She said, "Chi An is an incredible guy. He's extremely friendly." Nuan Mei said this sentence in her child-like excited tone, so the entire student in the class heard her.
