19. Imperial Compel Restaurant

The process was so tragic that Reynard felt that he couldn't sense his body at all. He was thinking that he could land a punch on Ann's body, but reality proved to him that it was nothing more but a pipe dream.

Laying on the ground with aching body, Reynard looked at the gym ceiling while doubting his life. He had long been known as one of the best fighters among the younger generations and had been beating up others easily.

But it was only now he realized that his strength was nothing in front of Ann.

Not only that.

Glancing at the side, Reynard could see that Ann was standing firmly while drinking a bottle of water. Her posture was prim and proper, one that would not showcase her weakness.

Even after such rigorous beating, Ann was still breathing normally and even acting very leisurely.

"Hey, you alive?" Ann turned her head.

"Of course!" Reynard retorted, then he felt his body ached once more. He really wanted to just lie down on the ground without having to do anything. However, he knew that it was not realistic.

"When are you going to treat me?"

Reynard almost vomited blood when he heard what Ann said. She had beaten him up until this state and she still wanted to find some food to eat? How tragic did she want him to end up as?

"You…"

"What?" Ann arched her eyebrows. Her look seemed to be saying that if he didn't treat her, she didn't mind giving him another lesson to make sure that he would truly be hospitalized.

Reynard gritted his teeth. "Master, you agreed to teach me martial arts, right?"

"I'll teach you tomorrow. You're in no shape to train again today." Ann waved her hand carelessly.

Looking down, Reynard had to admit that Ann was saying the truth. In his current condition, it would be a miracle if he could train. Propping his aching body to stand up, he tried his best to look normal.

"I'll take you to Imperial Compel Restaurant."

"Great." Ann smiled, her jade like eyes glittered slightly.

In front of her, Reynard was stunned for a moment. He had known that Ann was quite pretty even if she were to have to go against the other children. However, this was the first time he paid close attention to her face.

When she was smiling, a dimple formed on her cheek. Her jade like eyes also seemed to be giving off a lively feeling that would allow one's heart to flutter. It was so beautiful and enchanting.

Reynard coughed and turned his head away.

What was he thinking?

He wouldn't dare to have any other thoughts towards Ann because he was sure that if he ever uttered that out, she would not hesitate to beat him up so harshly that even his parents would never be able to recognize.

Don't ask him how he knew that, it was just his intuition when he saw her didn't hesitate to beat him up like this.

"Let's go."

Sall Family servants were stunned when they saw their young master opened the door for Ann. Most importantly, he was ordering them to head over to Imperial Compel Restaurant as if he was going on a date.

Right now, they were looking at each other and wondered what they were supposed to be telling the master about this matter.

Should they be honest or something?

They didn't think that the old master would beat up their young master just because he skipped a class with his classmate, right?

Right, my **s.

They just silently lit a candle for their young master as the car drove towards Imperial Compel Restaurant.

"Master, do you really want to eat so much?" Reynard asked in pitiful voice.

"Since you agreed to accept me as your master, shouldn't you provide me some food as compensation?" Ann asked back.

Reynard was speechless. "I'm sure Davis Family didn't lack food at all."

"It's not lacking." Ann thought of the heaps of food that she saw in the dining room. However, aside from breakfast, the other foods were less appetizing. They were only good on the surface but didn't have much nutrition.

"Then…."

"I don't like it."

Reynard: "…"

Whatever you say.

At this point, Reynard felt that he would never be able to get any word inside Ann. Because of that, it would be better for him to give up right away because it would just hurt his ego to continue pestering her.

His eyes noticed the restaurant. "We've arrived."
