35. Malicious Intention

Ann looked at the textbook in front of her and sighed. She didn't like studying, but it seemed that she would have to stay here for at least another week.

Well, she should be able to withstand it if it was only a week's time.

Time passed quietly.

Some of the classmates didn't like Ann, but they didn't dare to do anything when they saw that Reynard was sitting beside her. They all knew how unreasonable Reynard could be and how powerful his family was.

No one wanted to take the chance to disturb the sleeping lion.

Thus, today, no one was bothering Ann.

For Ann, that was for the best. She had no problem creating troubles and fought against them, but it was better that things could be settled without any bloodshed.

Ring! Ring! Ring!

"Are classes over?" Reynard asked while messing his hair. The already messy hair turned even messier with what he did.

Ann hummed lightly. "Is your house far?"

"No, why?"

"I'm thinking of visiting some places before going to your house." Ann stretched her hand.

"Where?" Reynard asked in confusion. He didn't think that Ann was going to buy those tacky items again, right? After all, those items didn't seem to be that good and Ann was not even talking about those matters.

Ann narrowed her eyes. "Forget it."

"What?"

"You wouldn't like it."

Reynard was speechless but he chose not to refute Ann. He knew better than to create enemies right now. if he wanted to go against Ann, he had to wait until he had the strength to support his move.

The two of them walked of the classroom together.

"Does Reynard like Ann?" A student asked curiously.

"That can't be, right? The Sall Family will not want to accept an adopted daughter from unknown background."

"I know right?"

"But the two of them look so close to each other."

"Right."

Donna looked at Celeste as she said in low voice, "Celeste, do you know what Ann do to make Reynard interested in her? She's such a b*tch. This is only her third day and she's already hooking with that young master."

At this moment, even Celeste nearly lost control of her emotion. She had been trying to portray herself as the kind and caring woman. It was so much that it had become her second nature.

However, Reynard never even spared a second glance to her. in fact, he treated her more like she was an air than human.

But now, he was getting close to her?

"She's such a troublemaker. Do you think that she's leading Reynard more astray?" Celeste asked with worried tone. Even though she said that, her hand was trembling because she knew how much Sall Family doted on their son.

Donna's eyes were filled with disgust. "Tsk, she's such a b*tch, a wh*r* who shouldn't have walked out of the orphanage. How can you stand having such a sister?"

"But, my father is the one who decided it." Celeste sounded troubled.

"Rest assured that I'll make sure to protect you at school." Donna patted her chest as if she wanted to say that she was trustworthy. At the same time, she pointed at the direction where the two of them left. "You should let Sall Family know that their young master is being led by a b*tch."

Celeste nodded. There was a party this weekend. When she met with those from Sall Family, she would make sure that they knew how prodigal Ann was.
