Chapter 16 (+18)

Tay wasn't quite sure when Damian became insatiable, but he guessed it was after his dinner with Tay's parents. When Conrad Evers had shown up.

After that night, Damian was like a rabbit on steroids. Every time he saw Tay, they were getting naked and having sex. In the kitchen, living room, on the balcony at home. He'd cornered him in the bathroom once at school, and recently they'd gone at it in the car in the parking garage.

Tay wasn't complaining. He liked the uninhibited Damian, but he couldn't help but wonder if it was brought on by that freak chance encounter at his parents' house.

Damian had no inclination to ever meet Conrad Evers. After the initial shock that there had been a possibility he would have been trafficked, he hadn't said anything about it. Now that the news had died again, it was like it had been a bad dream.

But the nightmare had returned. Now they were staring it in the face in the living world. Knowing Tyren was working with him made it worse. Did his brother know who that man was? Tay didn't know who he was, but he'd heard and seen enough to make a good generalization.

He held Damian in place as he rode him. The Omega had cornered him in the living room and they were currently on the couch. He was indulging him with a lot of sex, but he didn't know how to make things easier on him. He didn't want to turn away his advances in fear of pushing him away.

He leaned forward and sucked in a nipple. Damian's back arched to meet him, a strangled gasp coming from deep inside. His body shook with exertion but he didn't stop. He sucked Tay deep inside, muscles clenching dangerously around him.

Tay took the opportunity to gather Damian to him and stand. All the other man could do was hold on. The movement pulled him down further on Tay's heavy erection, and it pressed directly on the sweet spot he loved so much.

The Alpha tossed a plush blanket on the floor and lowered his partner to it. The motion was painstakingly slow, but he enjoyed the gasps emanating from him.

He rolled Damian onto his side and straddled his leg. The other he wrapped around his waist, holding his thigh for support. Placing his knees right up under Damian's hips, he shot forward. He used his hips to give him more momentum, rolling them to increase the friction and hitting that spot over and over.

With a strangled cry, Damian shot his load all over his hand. Tay increased his speed, eliciting another cry and prolonging his reaction. Damian's head was thrown back, and his neck was completely exposed.

Tay leaned forward and kissed his neck. Damian held his head there as his panting increased again. He was making little noises he didn't usually make as his body was reaching overstimulation. Tay felt bad, but if the Omega had listened to his protests, this wouldn't have happened. Damian had asked him for this, and he'd responded despite knowing where it would lead.

With a final gasp and no one stroking him, Damian came again. For the first time in a long while, he looked exhausted. Tay sat up and picked up his speed, slamming home each time. He lifted his hips for better access and deeper penetration. The little noises Damian made as he was taken was music to Tay's soul, and he came with a strangled grunt.

Damian pulled his knees to his chest as he tried to catch his breath. He'd grown addicted to Tay. he wanted him every time he saw him, especially when he saw him showering or changing. He wanted everything he could give him, which at this point was a lot.

Tay got up and went into the bathroom. He had no sign he was worn out. His legs didn't wobble as he walked away. He had so much stamina he would continue if Damian asked. But he wouldn't. He was too tired.

Not just physically tired, but emotionally as well. Seeing Conrad Evers in person had put into perspective just how close he'd come to losing all this. There was still plenty of speculation going on, but his gut told him it was true. He'd been targeted for Omega trafficking whether they knew who was behind it or not.

Tay returned with a warm bowl of water and a rag. He sat down and gently cleaned the remnants of their play. He cleaned every crevice, making sure to get what he'd left behind.

Damian watched him with his head propped up on his arm. He felt bad for being demanding, but he was enjoying his new found freedom and desires. He was enjoying being with Tay. He was enjoying being taken by Tay each time he asked, and he completely enjoyed the way his body hummed afterwards.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" Tay asked. He glanced at him briefly before going back to the task at hand.

Damian sat up and took the rag from him. He pressed his mouth to Tay's, enjoying the sweet inhale of his breath. He pulled away then pressed his forehead against Tay's cheek. He wrapped the warm rag around his slowly softening erection and stroked gently.

"Are you okay?" the Alpha asked. His tone was filled with concern, but his body was beginning to twitch.

"Why?" Damian wondered.

"You've been weird lately. The Damian I know isn't this bold."

The Omega sat up and stared at him. Tay didn't shy away from his gaze, holding firm with his musings. He dropped his hand from the hardening erection, placing the rag on the floor.

"I'm enjoying being with you," he said.

Tay quirked an eyebrow. "Are you sure, or are you doing this to keep your mind off the fact that you may run into Conrad Evers?"

"Tay!"

The Alpha's gaze was gentle yet firm. "Did you really think I'd sugar coat shit for you simply because we're a couple?"

Damian's eyes widened. "Are we? Are we really a couple?"

Tay jammed his finger into his right shoulder. "I would never claim you then abandon you. I would never cum inside you then leave you to fend for yourself. I'm not wired that way. I'm an asshole, but I'd never shirk my responsibilities. I take care of what's mine, and your second guessing is really offensive."

He collected the bowl and took it back to the bedroom. Damian sat on the floor wondering how this had taken a turn. He hadn't meant to second guess him. He had just never said exactly what they were. He was just making sure Tay felt the same as he did.

He knew Tay was a proud man. He carried himself with honor, and he didn't hurt anyone. If anyone else had gone through what Damian had, he would have taken care of them in the same manner. Maybe not the intimate parts, but he would have gotten them care.

Damian picked up his clothes and pulled on his underwear. He grabbed the blanket to wash and put it on the counter before going into the bedroom.

Tay was folding the laundry he had carelessly cast aside. His shoulders were rigid as he neatly stacked each piece in its correct pile. He was mad, and Damian didn't blame him. The Omega had said some heartless things unknowingly.

He crossed the room and climbed in the bed to sit across from Tay. The Alpha cost him a brief look then went to put the stacks away.

"Tay, I didn't mean to belittle your feelings," he said. He picked at the duvet cover. "I just didn't know what you wanted us to be."

"When Itold you I was going to claim all of you, I meant all of you. Your heart, body, soul. Everything." His voice was quiet but hot. He was angry and hurt at the same time. "If sex was all you wanted from me, you could have just said it."

Damian watched him walk into the bathroom to put up the towels. "I'm scared, Tay."

The Alpha leaned against the bathroom door. "Then why didn't you just say that?"

"It's not easy to tell the person you care the most for that you're scared to be on all fours, or that the man who quite possibly doesn't know you belong to a powerful family tried to sell you to other Alphas."

He spoke quickly and breathlessly. He hadn't voiced any of that to anyone. He hadn't even told his dad he'd run into Evers. He just wanted it to go away. He wanted all of this to stop so he could go back to the life he had before. He wanted to be with Tay without feeling like his heart was beating out of his chest out of fear.

He watched Tay cross the room again and sit on the floor. He was deliberately putting himself lower than Damian so he didn't feel pressured.

"You know damn well I would never do anything that would scare or hurt you. So if I have to settle for missionary position or you riding me, I will. Stop playing these games and tell me the truth," he said.

"Do you think I was targeted?" Tay's face was drawn so the obvious answer was yes. "Why?"

"BEcause you're David Marquette's son." They looked at the door to see Jak standing there. "At least you're covered so I won't need to scratch my eyes out."

"Did you keep my spare key again?" Tay asked. Jak merely smiled. "Asshole. What'd you find out?"

Their friend crossed to them then sat on the end of the bed. He tossed a manila folder in the middle. Tay raised an eyebrow.

"Reaux?" he asked.

"His friend Kyle passed these to me outside of school today when I was turning in our assignment. It's most of what they've investigated into Conrad Evers and his businesses," Jak said.

Tay flipped through the folder, looking at bank statements, earnings, and employee checks. He saw emails and news articles on how he was a good businessman and citizen. There was nothing bad in the file.

"This does nothing," he muttered. "It just shows he's good at hiding things."

Jak hummed. "Right, but you overlooked one thing." he flipped a few pages then pointed at the middle of the fourth page. "He applied to invest in Marquette Industries, the second biggest company David Marquette owns that's in Damian's name. He was denied for unspecified reasons."

"So he attacks Damian because he's the technical owner?"

"I don't think this is why he targeted Damian. He couldn't have known Damian is an Omega without being near him. From a distance, it's not as obvious, but once he speaks, anyone can figure it out. He would have had to have met him before."

Damian nodded in agreement. "I've never met him before. Someone near him had to tell him I was."

Tay's color changed. The look on his face went from curious to terrified. He was pale and the rare tears filled his eyes.

"What is it?" Jak asked. "Why do you look like you just saw a ghost?"

"I think I know who told him about Damian?" He rifled through the folder again. He found the paper then searched it quickly. "There's a list of employee names."

Jak's face turned beet red as he looked at the paper. His body started to vibrate out of anger. "Your fucking brother works for Conrad Evers? Why didn't you say anything in the first place?"

"I asked him not to," Damian whispered. Shame filled his voice and he hung his head.

Jak saw it and his anger dissipated almost instantly. He rubbed his face. "Dame, do you know what could happen?" He growled dangerously and punched the bed. "He knows where you live!"

Tay's hand shot out, and he grabbed Jak's arm. The two Alphas stared at each other. One set of gray eyes raged at a green pair that threatened hell.

"Don't yell at him," Tay warned. "Damian, call your parents and ask them if we can move in for a while. Tell your dad I'll explain face to face."

The Omega didn't argue with them. He grabbed his phone and disappeared in the living room. They could hear him talking to his parents.

"What are you going to do?" Jak asked.

He frowned when the other Alpha smiled dangerously. Whenever Tay took on that face, someone was about to have a rude awakening. Jak usually brought the popcorn and enjoyed the shows. This time he was sure he would be involved.

"We're going to draw him out. There are several parties lined up for this month. He's bound to show up. I bet he makes his move there," Tay said.

Jak nodded. He understood, but they couldn't just bring this up without more evidence.

"If he's running an Omega trafficking ring, he'll keep his ledger near him at all times," he mused.

"We can always have a diversion and sneak in," Tay followed.

"We can figure it out, but we have to get you and him out of here first."

Damian's safety was their main focus. If they could stay in David's home, no one would get to them.
