Months and years went by and though they had been a lot of bad as well as good time the jook fought hard to stay and keep it together.

It was a mild sunny day as the trees swayed from side to side as the trees had beautiful spacing from each other everyone was gathered at the famous jook hill, Adria was in a beautiful black dress while Lee stood next to her both holding hands as they watched there son place a flower on a grey stone which read Hian jook it's been nothing but pain since Lee's grandma passed and they have always been coming here since then as a sign of respect to a wonderful wife, mother as well as grandma mother, it's been really tough for the family of three as the one person who was always there had left in the most quiet way, Lee and his family woke up to see that miss Hian had left from sleeping.

Adria stared at the ground where her in law who has been laid to rest laid, tears slipped down her eyes as her little boy who had been the closest to her refused to leave the tomb he laid on the beautiful glass covering as he spoke to her

when are you coming back ma, mummy told me you went to rest please hurry up and come back ok don't forget you said you will get me the beautiful flowers dad like

hearing her little boy speak Adria broke down as she felt her heart split in two, Lee pulled her close and tried to console her "my heart hurts Lee please help me." she whispered helplessly Lee held her tightly as he sobbed silently it wasn't enough that his dad left now the only person who meant the world to him was no more too, he held Adria in his arms and stared straight at the name on the tomb as all the memories with his grandma resurfaced.

"Good bye grandma." Lee said feeling pain but still thankful that he had a great time with her and all her memories will leave rent free in his head. Most times we can't control who leaves but thinking back to all the good times he could only feel she was there with them she was an amazing soul and thinking she isn't here anymore was a bitter feeling but he wish her the peace she has always wanted for everyone around her.

Adria looked down at her stomach which was swollen and rubbed on it as Lee led her and Devin out of the jook cemetery.

Months later

Adria gave birth to a girl and they choose to give her Hian as she looked so much like Lee's grandma. Due to the fact they didn't have anyone in Tokyo as Lee didn't associate with any other family members not even his mom, they began to travel from Tokyo to Africa on intervals as Adria's family was the only people lee considered family now.

Adria looked out the window to see a bright blue sky, birds peeping through her window. How lovely this sight was to her too she thought as Lee came from behind and kissed her hair as they both stared at the kids play in the garden.

"I'm thankful for the life we have made, I'm thankful this is how everything is going I expected less but I think I'm blessed your an angel and all I'll do is try to ensure I keep you and our kids happy." Lee said to Adria and she nodded knowingly as he has kept all his promises so far.
