There were no words coming out of any of the Altered hunters’ mouths. None from those that didn’t really know what they had just witnessed, and neither from the five-star hunters that were in charge of the expedition. 


Trixie was constantly blinking and even rubbed her eyes a few times. Whereas Saiber, he had been smiling up until just a few moments ago. 


None of them knew what to expect from an apprentice, but it certainly wasn’t this, and they didn’t know what the result of the outcome was going to be. 


They couldn’t exactly complain or say what Kai had done was unfair either when he had spat at Pluto. 


None of the lower star hunters would have dared to do such a thing, but based on Saiber’s explanation, it was just fine and Kai was only doing what the other expected in return. 


‘This is what he meant…’ Gary thought gripping his fist. ‘When he said sorry, he was apologizing for what he was just about to do. He knew that this would be the end outcome, this was no accident.’
