The whole group was surrounded by Werewolves before they even knew it. There were none in the Garden, which meant that all of these could have only come from the outside. They had traveled so quick, dropped whatever it was that they were doing, and headed straight to protect the Luna.
That was what the Luna call did.
“This is… more effective than I thought.” Midwak said as he stepped back with the others. They could see the piercing eyes through the trees, on the ground and up above hanging, looking at them.
As they stepped back, one of the Werewolves had launched out toward the group just like they had done with Gary. It was primarily aimed at Innu who swung his Axe, but he was unable to get a full swing in time, and instead it had hit the Werewolf right in the mouth.
The Werewolf clenched its jaw down, part of its teeth biting on the metal, and was pushing Innu back. With his other Axe free in his hand, he swung it from above, hitting it on the head.
