Chapter Thirty-One

The drive home was quiet, we both had to clear our head, we had got so much issues going on with us.

Firstly it was the issue with Sa'ada and now this really huge bomb with Munir's illness.

Ya Allah please guide and protect us all.

He drove into the compound and parked at the lot, none of us came down but we didn't say anything to each other either. I grabbed my bag and got out quietly, leaving him behind.

While opening the door to the house, the car door slammed shut signaling that Zayyad is out of the car.

I got in and went into the kitchen to get water.

"I know everything is really shocking but you've got to tell me what really happened" Zayyad said behind me.

"Let's sit down" we both walked out of the kitchen and sat on the couch.
