The ride was a beautiful experience. After staying indoor for a while now, a ride in the cold breeze was more refreshing than a cup of water to someone thirsty on a hot day.
She pulled down the black hood she wore and let her hair get blown in the wind as she rode fast behind Selene.
The stallion reminded her of hers which she left the day she stabbed their king she wondered if it was still alive or they killed it.
When Selene slowed down and stopped she also mirrored her action. There was a tall wooden gate was closed in front of them surrounded by tall walls.
Soldiers on the gate seemed to notice them and one of them walked closer and stared down at them.
"Who are you?" the guard asked aloud.
Selene raised a bronze name tag. "Princess Selene," she replied loud enough for the guard to here.
The guard passed the information after bowing to her.
