William saw his visitors off and got back into the house. Before he could grab his jacket, he got a message from Keisha telling about the situation. As he read through and saw that the cause was vampires he shouted in fright. His parents rushed to him to find out what the problem was.
"What's wrong Will?" his mom asked concerned.
"Something big just happened in the pack" William replied.
"What is it?" His father asked.
"Well vampires were found in the forest. They weren't just seen, they were chased and Connor managed to score a kill. Eric has called a general meeting regarding the issue so I have to get going" Will narrated to his parents.
"No problem, we'll check by later to see how everything goes"
"Okay mom, see you later" William echoed running out of the house and getting on his bike, making a beeline for the forest.

Will raced through the streets paddling as hard as he could to make it for the meeting. He didn't want them to start without as he wanted to get all the details right when it's fresh and not something retold. He finally scaled across the road pulling a stunt and went into the forest. He pulled up to the house just as Brian and Keisha walked out of the forest.
"Look who finally made it" Brian remarked.
"Yh, yh, yh, I had to paddle my life out and almost got run over but I managed to show up"
"Oh, well buckle up for a big surprise"
The three of them walked up the stairs and into the house. William was greeted by the rest of the pack and they settled in for their meeting.
|Armin's POV|
I was lucky to escape those wolves unharmed, they were about to take me down at the last moment but I was lucky to run into this cliff and hold on to some rocks. After they left, I knew that they would send scouts to look for my tracks at the bottom of the drop so I had to move as if I was on a rock climbers wall and move to the end of the canyon before leaping off and landing on some branches even though it was a scrappy save. I then hopped from tree to tree until I made it to the mountain range. With my black coat whipping in the wind, I ran to a cave situated in the mountain to meet my coven of brothers and sisters.
"What's the report Armin, and where is the one that went out with you to hunt?" A tall figure which appeared to be the leader of the coven projected his deep husky voice through the cave.
"She's dead sir"
"Dead?!" He exclaimed as he hit his fist on a rock and it crumbled to pieces. The other vampires in the cave turned and looked at him in shock.
"Yes sir. While we went hunting, we encountered wolves, werewolves and they were strong and tactical. They chased us down swiftly and we thought taking to the trees would help but they were able to get her and kill her. I managed to escape with my life by hiding under a cliffs edge and ran all the way here" Armin narrated to his leader.
"Hmmmmm...." He took time to process the story he had just heard from his chef scout's lips.
"Wolves you say, it seems that the century old battle between us and are arch nemesis will return to the Hamsterly forest only that this time.....this time....we will not lose as we did before, we will win and chase the wolves out of here and reclaim what is rightfully OURS!" he proclaimed, stirring the hearts of his followers to fight the wolves even more than ever.
He pulled Armin close as the two walked out and looked at the view.
"We are going to need more than twenty vampires to take on those wolves. We need an army so get me more men" he commanded.
"Yes sir" Armin replied as he rushed down the mountain to start recruiting more people.
"The wolves want a war, we'll give them one" the leader said in a cold tone.
The pack had fought other wolves and prevailed but how would they fare against the arch enemies.

|Third Person POV|
"Alright guys settle down, settle down, it's time to get to down the matter that brought us all together" Eric cried.
"So, the reason why I called this meets my is because there has been a development on our lands and a new threat has emerged. The source of all the bloodless carcasses and body parts are from vampires" Eric explained as silence hit the room.
"Yes, vampires have returned and this time we will be ready for whatever they have. Young lad Connor here was able to score a kill which proves that they've gradually started turning more people that are inexperienced in handling us because on a normal day, Connor won't be able to get that kill, well, not on his own atleast. That brings me to the other reason why I called this meeting, we will begin training to tackle them. Miranda would be in charge of training us since she is the only person here that has fought vampires before and is well equipped in training all of us in killing and destroying them"
"After I thought we could have a break, vampires appear" William said with frustration.
"You can't be angry at not having a break, there's issues for four months now. We were built to kill them and protect all of England so don't get down at doing your job, what you were made to do" encouraged Brian. His words seemed to brighten up William's face.
"With that our meeting is adjourned and let me just say that training starts from today" Eric informed the pack.
"Wait what, today?! We all thought we were starting tomorrow" Keisha grumbled.
"I can't take chances knowing well that vampires could be lingering anywhere in the forest and I don't want any of you to get hurt. Even though there are two of you, one could get hurt" explained Eric.
They understood why he wanted training to begin immediately and followed his instructions. It was already five PM but what could they do, they'll have to train. They got to the back of the house and moved deeper into the woods. They got to a clearing within some trees and Miranda used that spot to begin her training lessons. She turned back into a human and addressed the rest of the back who were still wolves.
"Alright guys, I'm going to be teaching you the basics in taking on a vampire. Number one, never go in for the obvious kill, it could be a trap to bish you with more vampires or to lore you put to be killed. Two, never engage when you are out numbered. Vampires would rush you and kill you with ease. Three never expose you back side, underbelly or let them get a hold around your neck or ribs as they would crush them without thinking twice and four, never turn your back on vampires. They will seize the opportunity to reduce the competition between us by killing you" Miranda instructed all the wolves. These four rules were the fundamentals in taking down vampires.
"Now that we've established the fundamental rules, it's time to show you the basics of killing a vampire now, Brian come at me as if I were a vampire and you had to take me down" She said taking her stance to engage him.
Brian readied himself as the others moved back to give him space. He took off with killer intent and leaped at her hoping to use his size to his advantage to pull her to the ground but his effort was a waste. She easily side stepped his attack and hit him away. He took a straight one to the mouth before hitting a tree. He stood up to his feet and shook the hit off.
"Hard luck Brian" Ethan commented.
"That was a perfect example of why you do not leap at a vampire like that. They are fast, strong and agile and would be able to avoid an open attack like that. If experienced enough, a veteran would counter that move and grapple around your neck"
"Now the right way to approach a vampire is by charging at them, no leaping and try to get a hold of either an arm, their shoulder, neck or better still, the head after tackling them or pushing them over with your strength. A leap can only be done when you're with a partner as you will use our telepathic link to out smart them with a dangerous move like that and even once they've got a grip around you, your partner can cover up for you. Now William you try" Miranda commanded as Will stretched and yawned before stepping up to attack her.
William got into his fighting stance with his front paws spread apart and his knees bent, he raced at her keeping his composure as he approached her. She was surprised at his confidence and looked very calm and composed in his approach. He attempted to trip her from her legs but she jumped up, spinning her body and delivered a strong kick to his head. Will rolled after receiving that kick but regained his composure and went in for another attack. This time he strategized well and was able to land a good paw swipe that sent her into a tree and tried to hold her down but due to his lack of experience was beaten.
Every other member of the pack tried to take her down but she was fast quick and very agile on her feet. Connor was the closest to pulling the hold off but was caught by the tail and flung into the grass. They had a good training session with each of them knowing how serious a fight with a vampire is and Connor was very lucky in scoring that kill earlier today. This training also proved that even when they're in their human state, wolves are still strong and formidable opponents. With training over, the wolves went back on patrol looking for the scent of vampires or any sign of their activity.
"Man training to fight other wolves was tough but training to fight vampires is even tougher" William stated as he and William walked towards a stream close by to get some water. His foot steps were a bit lazy showing the fatigue he had gotten from training.
"Tell me about it, my head literally went through a log" Connor responded walking side by side with his partner.
The two walked out of the bushes to meet some deer by the stream which William scared away with a bark. The frightened deer scampered away back into the forest leaving the wolves alone by the stream.
"I never thought I've ever felt this sore in all my days of training with Miranda before"
"Well unlike how you use brute strength and speed and little or no strategy seeing as you mainly act out on instinct, I strategies to minimize damage so I'm not as sore compared to you Will"
"Speak for yourself, you always use strategy and tactics as a way of escape but a time will come when you'd have to let your instincts get full control your body"
"Yes he time will come but it's not going to be anytime soon"
"If you say so" William added before lowering his head down to the flowing stream and lapping water into his mouth.
Connor didn't drink water immediately and went sniffing around for tracks but didn't find anything but the usual wildlife tracks. Will feeling a bit hungry decided to go take down s rabbit which would serve as a snack and pacify the hunger that grew withing his stomach.
They went to the lake and to cool off and found Brian and Keisha doing the same thing. Something about looking at a lake was so calming and relaxing. The for interacted for a while before leaving and continued the search for vampires.
Mary and Ethan also had no leads. They left no stone unturned as they search for fresh leads on the vampires or anything that would give them more information on the coven. Mary was eager to test out what she had learned while Ethan was laid back and comfortable with where he was.
"Don't you feel like going after a vampire right now and putting what Miranda had thought is into practice?" Mary asked enthusiastically hoping that Ethan would respond with the same energy as her's.
"Nope, as a matter of fact I want nothing more than to lay on my bed right now and sleep off this exhausting days Ethan replied sniffing the ground for any new scents.
"But at least you share the same interest with me about fighting and killing them all?"
"Not really. If I find a vampire sure I'll kill him with pleasure, but if I don't find one, it's fine with me. I'm sure the others would find one and kill as we are each doing our part in protecting the people of the town"
"Well, that's your own decision and way of viewing things. I enjoy the thrill of a fight and action though all peace and quiet with no fights are good to but I prefer action to it"
"I always knew you were the action type of girl"
"You know me well"
Kent, Miranda and Brent also had no new leads as it was to quite odd for no vampire to show up and hunt as blood is their life line. Eric and Linda also had no leads as today was a quiet one for their nemesis.
