Chapter 88 - Indigo League; advancing round part 3

"Came out." Under the curious gazes of more than million people, Cynthia threw her Pokeball in the air. Everyone in the stadium was in the edges of their seats and dying to know what Pokémon will be used by Cynthia.

Garchomp!!!!!!

The loud roar of Garchomp made the entire stadium quiet. The audiences was too stunned to speak.

"How the hell is even possible?" William loudly shouted. Everyone in the stadium was able to clearly hear William desperate tone.

[Its.... A..... Fucking Garchomp. Jerry please tell me I am just seeing things. The power, the pressure coming from Garchomp is clearly shows Garchomp is at least level 45 Pokémon.]

The people sitting in the stadium sucked cold air. It's not everyday that you see a fucking level 45 Pokémon. Even in the Indigo League the appearance of a mid 5th order Pokémon is a extremely rare case.

"Cynthia, you're awesome." The old lady who was Cynthia's grandma stood up and was loudly cheering for Cynthia.

Even Cynthia's mother, Shizuka Marikawa was standing while wiping her tears. When Shizuka became pregnant with Cynthia, many including her own friends told her that Cynthia will also grow up to become that scum but now Shizuka can proudly say that they were wrong. She has rasied a World top class Pokémon trainer.

The entire crowd went silent once again. Few seconds later, all the people sitting in the stadium began to crazily cheer for Cynthia.

People began to chant Cynthia's name and her name was heard throughout the entire stadium. Even other stadiums heard Cynthia's name chanting.

Even though all the people in the stadium was cheering for one woman, Cynthia didn't looked least disturbed by it. It was as if Cynthia's confident had reached a level where even millions of voices cannot move the mountain which was made from her confidence.

Meanwhile the more William listened to the crowd loud cheering, the more agiated, desperate and angry he became. In the end William had lost his cool. William clenched his fists and glared at Cynthia.

Cynthia wasn't bothered by the glared of William. Instead she just smirked. 'Losing cool in a battle is the least thing a trainer should do. Because it can lead the trainer to lose the battle even before starting.' These words were once said by Cynthia's mother Shizuka Marikawa. Cynthia had engraved these words in her heart and followed them ever since she became a Pokémon trainer.

Garchomp is a bipedal velociraptor/hammerhead shark-like Pokémon colored mostly red and dark blue. On its head it possesses two horn-like appendages and a star-like yellow mark on its snout. Its arms have one claw each, and triangular fins emerge from its elbows and back.

[Garchomp is a Dragon/Ground-type Pseudo-Legendary Pokémon. Just finding one Garchomp is extremely rare.]

Garchomp looked at Venusaur. Venusaur felt he was looking at the devil himself. Venusaur body began tremble in fear. Venusaur Pokémon instincts was screaming and telling Venusaur to ran away at this moment.

Venusaur is a large, amphibian-like Pokémon that is somewhat similar in appearance to its pre-evolved forms, Ivysaur and Bulbasaur. Its skin still retains a light turquoise color, but it no longer has the spots, and it appears more rough and scaly, with bumps here and there. The former bulb on its back has now fully bloomed into a gigantic flower and its ears have lightened up as well. Female Venusaur are slightly different because they have a seed on their back, which shows that it can give birth to a new Bulbasaur.

"Venusaur use Frenzy Plant." William glared at Garchomp and ordered Venusaur. Normally William or anyone would have retreated because it impossible for a level 40 Pokémon to defeat level 46 Pokémon. Not to mention the earth and heaven differences in each level.

William had worked hard and his dream was going to get crushed in front Garchomp. William was very angry about the fact that the crowd was cheering for his opponent something which he deeply desired. This is way William cannot calm himself.

Venusaur's body becomes outlined light green and it stomps on the ground. Giant roots with spikes on them come out of the ground and striked at Garchomp.

But Cynthia and Garchomp totally looked calm and not bothered about the attack. "Garchomp fly in the air and use Dragon Rush." It was at this moment, everyone in the stadium knew it was over.

Under horrifying gaze of William, Garchomp flew in the air as Garchomp body began to change. The appendages on its head glow blue and it releases a dragon-shaped energy that covers its body.

Garchomp!

Garchomp loudly roared as he descended down at Venusaur. Garchomp directly slammed on Venusaur.

Boom!

For thr third time, the whole stadium went quiet. Everyone eagerly waiting for the black smoke to disappear. To them each second now felt like an hour.

Then from the black smoke, Garchomp flew at Cynthia. The expression on Cynthia's face softened as she patted Garchomp.

[Hold on, what happened to Venusaur?] Michael who was the commentator asked.

Michael and the whole audience didn't needed to wait that long to know the fate of Venusaur.

Venusaur was lying on the ground as massive amount of red blood had gathered around Venusaur. Venusaur was lying on his pool of blood. Many people hurriedly put their hands to prevent their children from seeing this scene but it was too late. Venusaur had lost its consciousness a long time ago. William felt hid knees going weak and he directly sat on tbe ground as he stared at his Pokémon Venusaur in disbelief and in shock written all over his face.

[Winner of the match Cynthia.] The quiet audience seemed to awoken by the referees words. The whole stadium madly began to cheer for Cynthia.

Carolina and Shizuka both stood up and began to clap for Cynthia. Blaine also clapped his hand with a small smile on his face.

[That was phenomenon. Absolutely dominating match. Even in the history of Indigo League we have rarely seen such dominating matches.]

Cynthia walked out of the stadium. While the medical team which was made up of multiple nurses from Joy clan were saving Venusaur life.

As Cynthia walked to the back stage she wondered what Itsuki was currently doing. "I wonder how Itsuki is doing?"

The trainers who were supposed to have their match in the main stadium looked at Cynthia in fear, respect, and endless admiration.

Meanwhile in Stadium number 7

Itsuki was currently standing facing his opponent whose name was Sia. Sia is a young lady whose beauty is little above average. She had silver hair and her tied her hair in a ponytail. Looking at the clothes and accessories, Finn can tell she belonged from a rich family.

The number of people in the stadium was less than the main stadium but number more than 35,000 people. The whole stadium was full of people. More than 90 percent of the stadium was filled with girls. Most girls had huge crush on Itsuki after seeing him in the elimination round. While the rest 10 percent of the crowd was boys and cheering for Sia.

The battle started 10 minutes late because of some problems which was solved in 10 minutes.

But even before the battle began, Itsuki and the whole crowd went silent for a second when everyone heard a loud cheering voices, saying Cynthia.

"The people in the main stadium is chanting Cynthia's name. I guess Cynthia has done something which has won the heart of everyone." Itsuki murmured.

While hearing name of Cynthia, Serena and Luna both girls thought of the same thing. 'Who is Cynthia? I have seen Itsuki and Cynthia talk with each other.' Both Serena and Luna felt that Cynthia could become the future rival.

"Dad, can you please get me information on Cynthia?" Luna wanted to be prepared for any possibility.

"It might take sometime but I can get it for you." Obviously Cooper was very happy that his daughter was not underestimating her opponent.

Sia looked at Itsuki and said with a smile. "Itsuki, I will be honest. I like you. I would like to invite you to dinner if you have free time. Maybe we could chat and do some fun activities. I am sure you will agree to become my boyfriend after knowing that my father is the richest man in Saffron city."

"This bitch." Serena and Luna cursed at the se time as both girls stood up and coldly looked at Sia as if they were looking at their biggest enemy.

"What?"

"Who is this bitch?"

"How dare she?"

"Itsuki don't listen to this bitch words."

Following Serena and Luna, many other female fans began stand up and began to curse and protest.
