Chapter 141 - Last and final strike part II
Mewtwo was attacked from every direction. At the last moment, before all the attacks could hit the barrier Mewtwo returned to her senses as her red eyes turned dark. Before Mewtwo could comprehend what was happening, in that moment of confusion all the attacks hit Mewtwo.

The explosion shook the entire stadium. For a moment, everyone thought an earthquake had started. The entire time Itsuki tightly held Sabrina in his arms and protected her with his body. After using every ounce of her powers, Sabrina simply couldn't stand it anymore. She was on the verge of losing her conciseness.

After the explosion, black smoke covered the entire stadium. From distance, people could see smoke rising in the sky.
Itsuki gently lied Sabrina against the wall. Sabrina looked at Itsuki before she could gather up the energy to say anything, Itsuki already had disappeared.

"Who am I?" Mewtwo wondered out loud as she lay in the middle of a 20 meters deep crater that formed from the explosion.
Ever since Mewtwo opened her eyes, from the very beginning she had no consciousness of her own. Mewtwo was able to see, hear, and feel everything that she was doing while being locked inside a cage. It was as if someone had suppressed her consciousness and forcefully controlled her. Fortunately, Mewtwo was able to regain her control over her own body at the last moment.

Mewtwo looked at her right when she sensed someone approaching her. Itsuki walked toward Mewtwo with a cautious and worried look.
When he saw nothing was covering Mewtwo's head, Itsuki sighed in relief. "Hey!" Itsuki still didn't let his guard down. With cautious steps, he kept approaching Mewtwo. Mewtwo curiously looked at Itsuki. There was something special about this human boy that attracted her to him.
"Who are you? Do you know who am I?"

Mewtwo was an extremely intelligent Pokemon. She was undoubtfully one of the most clever Pokemon in the whole world. Her mind wasn't like normal Pokemon. Being a psychic type Pokemon, her mind worked extremely fast.
Sigh!
"Fortunately that helmet came off." Itsuki sighed in relief after hearing Mewtwo's feminine voice. Mewtwo's voice was really sweet and was the voice of someone who was confused about everything.

"My name is Kagami Itsuki." Itsuki sat beside Mewtwo and introduced himself. "Kagami...Itsuki" Mewtwo muttered Itsuki's name as she kept looking at his face.
"You're a Pokemon. Legendary Pokemon to be exact. You're the first of your kind. Your given name is Mewtwo." Mewtwo didn't say anything. Listening to Itsuki's words for some reason made her feel calm.
"What is Pokemon?" Mewtwo curiously asked. Ever since she regained her consciousness, Mewtwo has met hundreds of Pokemon. But no one ever defined this Pokemon term to her.

Hearing Mewtwo's question, for a moment even Itsuki wasn't sure what he should reply to. It was more like how he defined his answer. For many trainers, Pokemon is nothing but a tool that can help them achieve their dreams. "Pokemon is a group of animals that can you powers. This world is very big, I think you should go and explore the world to find your question answer. Exploring and going to different new places will help you get answers. You will understand how this society works. You will know about good and evil. You also might find your purpose in life."

Itsuki didn't wish to see Mewtwo fight with Mew like in the anime which also caused Ash to die. If possible Itsuki wanted Mewtwo to learn more about life and hopefully she would be able to find her purpose in life.
"Traveling the world? I think I will do that." Mewtwo looked at Itsuki with a grateful look. Itsuki realized that everyone was standing and looking at Mewtwo. Itsuki could see the fear in their eyes when looking at Mewtwo. Even Lance and Lorelei were looking at Mewtwo in fear. Seeing their looks, Itsuki realized if Lance and Lorelei viewed Mewtwo as a threat then they would try to capture her or kill her which might make Mewtwo enraged.

"Say Mewtwo, can you erase everyone's memories? I want you to erase everyone's memories, except for Articuno, the black-haired girl wearing a red dress, and a girl with blond hair. If possible please rewrite their memories." Lance and Lorelei wanted to stop Itsuki. Both stepped forward with a panic look.
"I will do it. Consider this as a thank you gift for freeing me." Mewtwo suddenly flew in the sky and released a purple wave of energy throughout the entire stadium. All the Pokemon and people stared at Mewtwo.
[Note: - I added this power to make Mewtwo more powerful. This Mewtwo is even more powerful than in the anime.]

When the purple light vanished from the stadium, Mewtwo was nowhere to be seen. Itsuki looked at Lance and Lorelei who were standing at the edge of the crater. The panicked look on their faces changed. Both of them walked down with a look of gratitude.
"Itsuki, I cannot express how much you have helped us today. Because of the information you gave us, we managed to stop Mewtwo with our joint effort."

'It looks like Mewtwo has rewritten their minds and made them forget about my powers. They even forgot about Sabrina's psychic powers and Articuno's existence.' Itsuki was glad that Mewtwo rewrote their memories. If the public were to known that he can use supernatural powers, then things would have gone chaos for him. The same could be said for Sabrina.
That's why Itsuki only chooses to keep the memories of the people he trusts. Before the last attack, Itsuki had sensed Cynthia so he decided to keep her memory as well.

'By the way, how come Mewtwo is a female. In the anime, If I am not mistaken Mewtwo had no gender.' Itsuki decided to not think too much about the matter and focus on his current problems.
"Now that we have dealt with team rocket and all the other problems. What about the match between Itsuki and Cynthia?" At this moment, Itsuki heard another footstep. He turned around and saw Cynthia walking toward him with a pale-looking face. The pressure that Mewtwo used on Cynthia had affected her very badly. Since Cynthia's Aura rank is lower than Itsuki's, the damage she took is higher than Itsuki's.

"I will leave that up to Itsuki and Cynthia. If you guys want we can restart the battle but for that to happen you will probably have to wait another day. Or we can find an alternative." Before Cynthia could say anything, Itsuki spoke first.
"I quit." Lance and others didn't look so surprised by Itsuki's words. Itsuki looked at Cynthia who seems like wanted to say something. "It was clear that my Zeraora had lost before team rocket came. This is your victory, Cynthia. Congratulations on winning the Indigo League Championship."

"Then the winner of this year's Indigo League has been decided. The winner is Cynthia." Lance announced as everyone standing there started to clap their hands to Cynthia. Cynthia looked at Itsuki who was clapping his hands while smiling at Cynthia. Itsuki was very happy that his friend won the Indigo League.

After that, it was announced that the championship ceremony will take place tomorrow. Lance ordered all the Association workers to clean and rebuilt the battlefield. As for the stadium, the whole stadium has been destroyed in many parts. According to Lorelei, it would at least take a month to rebuild the whole stadium.
