Chapter 180 - What just happened? [II]
After leading Sabrina to an open field, Itsuki immediately activated the Kakugane.
"Buso Renkin"
"How come my weapon has been changed?"
Bang!
What surprised and shocked Itsuki the most was the sudden change in his weapon. Right now he found himself holding a dark purple lance that was 1.5 meters in size.

[Master dodge] Itsuki was greeted by another huge boulder. This time, instead of dodging Itsuki threw the lance at the 10 meters big boulder.
Booom!
Unlike what Itsuki had expected, the lance surpassed his expectations. The lance destroyed the boulder into hundred of thousands of small pieces.

Grabbing the lance, Itsuki then rushed towards Sabrina. As Itsuki rushed towards Sabrina, sparks of blue lightning flickered around his body making his speed even faster.
Swoosh!
The air around Itsuki vibrated strongly. As he moved, Sabrina wasn't even able to see Itsuki anymore. Like a flash of light, Itsuki moved around Sabrina so fast that the air around Sabrina began to form a ring of dust.

Before Sabrina could locate Itsuki, he appeared behind Sabrina and landed a chop on her neck, in hope of making her unconscious.
Bang!
However, who would have thought that Sabrina would form a barrier around her body. The barrier was not that strong but since Itsuki didn't use his full strength in the attack, he couldn't get past the barrier.

After landing on the ground, Itsuki again disappeared in the air. He moved so fast that it looked like he was teleporting from one place to another.
Sabrina wasn't able to use her psychic powers as Itsuki was moving too fast for her. In order to perfectly use her powers, she must locate her targets. But she can't even find Itsuki anywhere.
Boom!
After reaching a certain speed, Itsuki concentrated on his legs and pushed off the ground.

This time Itsuki made sure to use more strength in his attack.
Bang!
Finally, Itsuki managed to land an attack on Sabrina's neck. As long as the barrier around her broke down, she lost her consciousness in the attack and was about to fall from the sky. But before her body could touch the ground, Itsuki caught her in his arms and made a safe landing on the ground.

Itsuki estimated that it would at least take 3 days for him to completely recover and return to his Peak form.
"System, how is Sabrina doing?"

[Master, Miss Sabrina doing better than you. Although there are some small wounds on her body, her overall body condition is in perfect shape. She most likely will remain unconscious for another day or two. She had overused her Aura. Master, I suggest that before Miss Sabrina trains with her Aura, she should first learn to not get controlled by her killing intent.]
Itsuki nodded his head. He was planning on letting Sabrina stay with him until she learns to control her killing intent. Otherwise, there is a high possibility that Sabrina will go berserk again.

[You have done so much damage to this Forest, human.]
Hearing the female voice, Itsuki instinctively jumped away and held the Kakugane, looking ready to attack.
[Calm down. I am not here to fight you. If I wanted to harm you, then you have no chance of defending against my attacks.] Seeing the figure in front of him, Itsuki was left shocked. He was never expecting to meet this Pokemon here out of all places.

Xerneas is a Fairy-type Legendary Pokémon that is found in the Kalos region. Xerneas is the guardian of the forest and nature. Xerneas represents life and Yveltal represents destruction. It would do anything to keep the forests in the Kalos region safe and protected. It is Yveltal's counterpart and is a member of the Aura Trio alongside Yveltal and Zygarde.
Legends say it can share eternal life. It slept for a thousand years in the form of a tree before its revival. When the horns on its head shine in seven colors, it is said to be sharing everlasting life.
Xerneas is the only legendary Pokémon whose name starts with X.

Xerneas is a quadrupedal stag-like Pokémon with a blue and black coat. Along its back, it has multicolored spots that glow when it is in battle. It has long, gleaming yellow antlers that shine with all of the colors of the spectrum; its antlers resemble the roots of a tree. Its yellow-lined hooves are pointed, and it has a long blue and black tail. In the glint of its eyes is the shape of the letter "X", and when it stands, its body seems to be in the shape of an "X".

"Xerneas" Itsuki couldn't believe their battle would attract the attention of Xerneas out of all Pokemon. Itsuki couldn't even sense when Xerneas appeared behind like. If Xerneas was here then Itsuki won't have to worry about the forest fire.
After a moment Itsuki regained his calmness. He smiled at Xerneas and then lowered his head.
"Thank you for dealing with the forest fire." Itsuki sincerely bowed to Xerneas and expressed his gratitude.

[There is no need to thank me human. I just happened to pass by when I saw the two of you fighting. I became interested since it had been a long time since I saw Aura users. Back in the day, humans were powerful as Pokemon but in modern times, the number of Aura users has exponentially declined. The world doesn't even know the existence of Aura users anymore.]

"Xerneas, do you think you can help my friend here with her killing intent?" Since Xerneas represented life and forest spirit, maybe she would be able to do something that will allow Sabrina to control her killing intent.
Xerneas for a moment looked at Sabrina. [Human, I can't help your friend. The path you and your friend are walking is against the law of nature.] Itsuki lowered his head in disappointment.
[But I can give you something that will indirectly help your friend if you do what I tell you to do.]

"What do you want me to do?" Itsuki asked in a tone of surprise. For some reason, he felt Xerneas was taking advantage of his desperate situation.
[When the universe was created, there existed some external forces, powers that even Arceus had no control of. We legendary Pokemon simply had to learn to live with his external forces. One of these forces is the existence of Aura which allows a normal human to achieve what we legendary Pokemon call the curse of immortality.]
Itsuki deeply listened to Xerneas's words. Her words were telling him many times.

[There was a time when Aura had progressed so far and wide, that there were some Amonsters that even we the legendary Pokemon were afraid of. The modern-day human civilization has lost the history of the past. Almost 97% of human history is lost in time. but we legendary Pokemon have lived through all the ages since the beginning. There were some of us who were deep sleeping during those ages. In fact, there are still some legendary Pokemon who are in deep sleep in this age. And only time can tell when they will wake up.]

[Human, do you know when was the golden Peak of the human civilization?] Xerneas asked with a nostalgic look flashing in her eyes.
Itsuki shook his head with a dumbfounded look. The more he listened the more curious he was getting to know about the lost history of the human civilization.
[That age was the golden period for humans. At that age, almost every human in this world had embraced Aura and become awakener. There were some Aura Monarch realm monsters among humans who even had the power to defeat legendary Pokemon like us.]

[But sadly after thousands of years, the golden age started to crumble. A certain human once said that time can change everything. I have witnessed how an advanced civilization fell. There were some people who saw the decline and saw their golden age coming to an end. Those humans have left behind ruins that only humans can excess.]

Hello Everyone!
I know I haven't been active these days and the upload rate also has dropped. I have had covid-19 for almost a week now and before that, we moved our house to a new place. All these things caused some delays on regular uploads.
Things are looking better. I am certainly doing better than yesterday. Maybe in the next few days, I will recover. I will try my best to keep regularly uploading.
