On instinct

Caiden sat next to Julia and she handed him a croissant, and he looked at her.

"Thanks," he said before collecting it and she sighed.

"You are welcome, are you hungry as well?" she asked.

"No, I am not hungry, but it's already night, don't you want to have dinner?" he asked and she exhaled deeply.

"I really don't feel like moving from here, is it bad to feel lazy at times?" she asked and he chuckled.

"No, it's not, besides you are still not well, you should sleep a bit more Julia, you need a lot of rest if I am being honest," he responded and she glanced at him then he smiled and patted her on the back.

"Julia, I know you well, what's bothering you?" he asked and she gnashed her teeth, then looked at him and smiled before getting up.
