The outside

Josiah and his family finally arrived at the parking site where their car will stay the rest of the week.

Third person " This is going to be a long walk!" Josiah's dad complained, "It's gonna take forever!" "Oh hush up!" his mother said very annoyed as she got out of the car. Josiah laughed and he giggled when his parents fought. Josiah's dad got Josiah out of the car and put him down. Josiah was about to walk towards the muddy trail leading to the woods before his mother stopped him. "Josiah!" his mother yelled at him as a car rode by, "Watch where you're going, you almost got killed!" Josiah felt bad, he didn't mean to make his mother upset, he just had a questioning mind. "I'm sorry mama!" Josiah cried to his mother, "I didn't mean to make you mad!" Josiah ran off, not even looking both ways before he crossed the street. His mother was in shock and ran after him, leaving her husband behind.

Josiah had been running for 3 hours. He was running so fast that he had gone off the trail and tumbled down a slanted hill, hitting his elbow, scratching his knees, and making a scar on his right cheek. His mother had lost track of where she was going for about 30 minutes when he started running. Josiah was cold, hurt, and out of breath, but most of all, he needed his mom. What happens now?
