A/N: This chapter may be slightly weird.
In the end, they decided they would choose a name once the baby was born. They didn't have to wait long since Bella went into labour a few weeks later.
Bella was in the bath when she felt a sharp pain in her back. Bella stood up and climbed out of the bath albeit with difficulty. Once laid on the bed she took some deep breaths praying the pain she was suffering were only Braxton Hicks. She pressed her finger to her dark mark and her husband appeared.
"Oh god Bella what's wrong!" Tom asked.
"What does it look like you idiot I'm in labour?" Bella yelled as she let out a further shriek of pain.
"Millie!"
"Get Narcissa and Anastasia. Tell them it's urgent," Tom said.
The house-elf disappeared just as the fire roared to life. Anna and Cissy stepped out looking slightly flustered. Anna was wearing a mid-witch uniform. She transfigured Bella's robes into a long, black, flowing nightgown.
"Bella your water needs to break before you can start pushing so I need you to walk around until your water breaks," Anna said, so Bella began pacing up and down.
"Thomas Marvelo Riddle you are never coming near me again!" Bella screamed.
"Ok Bella!" Tom said with a smile.
6 agonising hours later Bella got her prize. A beautiful baby girl with piercing blue eyes like her fathers.
She was finally a mum. She knew how Anna, Cissy and Andi felt. She felt a pang of guilt as she remembered her other sister.
The Dark couple seemed to have forgotten both Cissy and Anna were still in the room.
" Bella, My lord what are you going to call her," Narcissa asked. Bella smiled, planting a kiss on the sleeping infants forehead.
" Hermione Anna Riddle," Bella murmured trying not to wake the child. Anna Snape looked up and smiled at Bella.
"I'm honoured Bell, I truly am!" Anna whispered kissing Bella's cheek in gratitude.
"Why wouldn't I use your name Anna, you are like my sister and have always been my best friend!" Bella replied still gazing adoringly at her new daughter.
"Hermione Anna Riddle," Tom said," Our little miracle!"
