Three

Weiwei snorted with little annoyed while shaking her head.

"There's nothing like that. I wouldn't get angry over something as small as that."

General Wen still smiled as he took his daughter's hand. He patted the back of her hand lightly to calm her anger a little. As a father, he knows exactly the nature of the daughter who certainly does not want to budge. Still etched in his memory, Weiwei, who was only seven years old at the time, wanted to beat a teenage boy who was obviously much bigger. Despite being scared, she want to fight with that boy.

"He often hits my head, Dad. Why can't I hit him back? You even fight with enemies who are also looking for trouble with this country. Why can't I do the same when someone is looking for trouble with me?"

Weiwei's words are still etched in general Wen's mind until now. The wise man felt that Weiwei was eager to follow in his footsteps. And so it happened, the daughter didn't even mind being a royal guard, carrying a sword, and wearing a suit of armor. Her face is rarely even used to a brush of make up. He know that her daughter unlike other girls in her age who compete to dress up for attract the attention of the young men.

Weiwei withdrew the hand from her father.

"Never mind, Daddy, don't coax me. I'm not a kid anymore."

"Who said you still a kid? You are a beautiful young lady now," said general Wen in a soft voice.

"Father just wanted to advise you, in a battle, not all battles can be won easily."

"But I've always won."

"Perhaps you haven't met a formidable opponent or they succumb because their fear to you."

The father smiled seeing Weiwei's face which was increasingly wrinkled in annoyance.

"We sometimes have to feel the lose. That way we can become stronger people. We lost today, but not forever. Tomorrow we can try to be a winner."

Hearing his father's words, Weiwei immediately nodded. Her face returned to a gleam of enthusiasm. General Wen's smile grew wider at that.

"Then, I'll have to train hard again. I can definitely beat him and that thief!" Weiwei said determinedly.

"That thief is Dark Shadow. He is not an easy person to deal with. Otherwise, Father and the other soldiers would have caught him long ago."

Weiwei smiled sweetly.

"Dad, don't worry. He will definitely be caught by me."

The next day, Weiwei went to her martial art's teaching place. The Wind Sword was the one she had been taught all along. That place is very famous and is number one in the area. Many great martial masters were born from that school. Master Wanyan himself was a good friend and companion of general Wen. He certainly doesn't mind training Weiwei, moreover, it turns out that the girl has great talent and ability like her father.

In front of the brown school door, Xiaoying took fast step before her. Weiwei just shook her head and smiled at the enthusiasm of her maid.

"You are here," greeted a young man wearing a light blue hanfu. The young man's face looked innocent. His slightly slanted black eyes seemed to sparkle. The man was standing in the doorway that had just been opened.

"That's right, Zhaoli, I'm here now," Xiaoying replied with sparkling eyes.

"I missed you so much. I even dreamed of you last night."

"Me too."

Weiwei just shook her head seeing the two people jumping up and down while holding hands. Often taking her to that place actually makes Xiaoying even have a relationship with Zhaoli, a young student from that martial art school.

"This is still early in the morning, but you guys already have been making noise," said a guy who had just come out from inside. A handsome face with high cheekbones and a sharp nose which is certainly an attraction for every woman who sees it. The man's name was Lan Yunfang, a student who had become a senior at that school.

Zhaoli and Xiaoying looked at Yunfang, smiling shyly. Even so, the two of them were still holding hands.

"Yunfang Gege," Weiwei called in an excited tone. The two of them then walked into the school. Zhaoli immediately closed the door then followed Xiaoying who had walk in behind Weiwei.

"The teacher and I have heard of what happened. How about I help you? Just show me that person and I'll help you deal with him!" Yunfang said as he and Weiwei walked down the courtyard. Several students who were still young and teenagers seemed to be practicing with wooden swords in hand. Weiwei shook her head.

"I can handle him on my own. I don't need help. This is my own problem."

Yunfang could only nod. Weiwei is stubborn. When a girl says she doesn't want to be helped, it means she really refuses to be helped. Even though the help is well-intentioned, but Weiwei will definitely be angry if people went to help her.

Weiwei then took out a wooden sword.

"Don't worry. I will train hard and be able to beat him."

"We excused ourselves first," said Xiuwen as he rose from his seat. The white-bearded old man who was sitting just nodded. After saluting, Xiuwen and Haulong walked out of the room. They both walked while chatting.

"What are you doing here?" reprimanded a voice that was none other than Weiwei's voice.

Weiwei was just about to meet the teacher, but not in her thought that she would actually meet the guy who had beaten her.

Xiuwen smiled slightly as he crossed his arms. He then walked over to that girl. Haulong immediately blocked while shaking his head. However, Xiuwen immediately pushed his best friend aside.

"I just have a little need here. I don't think it's any of your business," Xiuwen said. A cough came from inside the old man's room that Xiuwen and Haulong had met earlier.

"Master!" Weiwei exclaimed frantically. She then immediately drew the sword at Xiuwen's neck.

"What did you do to my master? Do you harm him?"

"Miss, calm down, we are here to deliver medicine."

"I do not believe it!" Weiwei said while attacking Xiuwen. The man moved quickly to dodge Weiwei's sword attack. The fan in Xiuwen's hand moved swiftly to deflect the girl's sword. However, Weiwei didn't stop attacking. She just kept swinging the sword at Xiuwen.

Moments later, Weiwei was still attacking. Shee will not give up until she can defeat the man in front of her.

Xiuwen managed to hit Weiwei's back quite hard with his beloved fan. Weiwei staggered and almost fell. Instead of helping, Xiuwen just let the girl fall to her knees and palms on the ground.

"What are you doing?" reprimanded the old man who is Xiuwen and Haulong had just met. He was limping with the help of a disciple, while Yunfang who was standing beside him immediately rushed over to Weiwei.

"Are you okay?" asked the man while looking Weiwei up and down. Weiwei just nodded while wincing in pain.
