A noise of people can be heard inside a room.

Two well-dressed men are standing in the front. Holds a rifle and secures the area.

That group led by the professor entered the room.

It revealed the council. A group of people who takes on the city as the government. Sitting on the high views.

A poem was told by someone before the events started.

The two members who returned

after one year are back

now seeking answers

on what council will be proclaimed.

The group is now in front of men, looking at them wearing rich suits.

"The judging is now starting," Says the one guy on the most beautiful chair.

"State your names". He added

" I'm, Yuujii"

"I'm Sinzu"

"I'm Althea"

"I'm Alexander"

"I'm Chris"

"I'm Rowan"

"The council are now allowed to question the people". The guy also says.

" Why does it take you a year to recover or rescue 3 guys?". Shouts by the chubby one.

"The time is different from the inside of the forest than the outside". Althea replied.

"We deploy you as five members, Where are the other three?" Someone in the sits asks.

"Before we rescued these three, The Members we have aren't lucky to survive because they are fucking dumb". Sinzu shouts

"They are my men's, And you let them die? It's been a year and you still have those attitudes?". The guys shout from the councils.

The glazed of the shadows from the guy makes Sinzu notice who is it.

" Oh, So you're in the council now? First General of Zealand northern troops or should I say, brother?. You incompetent being! Like I care about your stupid pets and like you care. Ghura Thanaka!." Sinzu Shouts.

"You Stupid Brat!!!". Ghura shouts.

Sinzu is supposed to shout back but althea holds him.

" You three!, How did you survive one of the most dangerous places in the world?!". A Professor from the council shouts.

"We don't know, all we know is events occurred from three years ago." General Alexander replies.

"We all want you to know that, The council. Decided that the members, Sinzu, Althea, Yuujii, and Chris are going to be traveling through the other cities. No objections." The guy in the middle says

"But how about me?" General asks.

"You're working for the soldier generals in Southern troops. Welcome back General Alexander, The one who rescued thousands." The guy says.

Suddenly, The court has been silenced by the sound of the hammer hitting the table.

The five go out of the council. They are immediately invited by Rowan to tell them and catch up.

Minutes, they arrive at the professor's lab.

The professor immediately offers them sits and food.

"Ok, I'll discuss to the three of you what did happen in the world for 4 years," Rowans says

"Uhm, Prof? how bout we?" asks Sinzu.

"Just wondered first." Rowan points out

"Okay, I'm gonna start. The world after the huge breakdown, filled with the destroyed pieces of meteors. The rocks are not alone, it has those green slimes that can mutate everyone even the smoke dust. That's also the reason why the city is in the dome. After the exposure of some livings, It gives powers or is cursed. Some turn into monsters and some gains abilities and some called these blessings. The most amount of power people gets is five but only a few of them are lucky.

Next is the council, They replaced the governments and established new governance that stills results in an unfair reality. In addition, they create armies led by meta-humans. One of the major problems the disaster did is a food shortage, Oxygens, Clean water, Location, and communication. The broken pieces of meteors scattered all around the world makes the communication cuts even information transferring." Says the Professor while looking to the wondering Sinzu.

"So Professor? Can you explain to me what is the position Sinzu has in the army?" Chris asks.

"Sinzu Thanaka is the leader of 1st squad teen captains together with Althea and gets exchanged by someone when they didn't come back after a year," Rowan replies.

"Then?" Yuujii suddenly asks.

"Oh, Someone creates a war between humanity and monsters. He leads the monsters and destroyed some cities. He will come back next year he said." Rowans replies.

"Professor Rowan, Do you have power?" Yuujii asks.

"No, I Don't have. But do you?" Rowans asks.

"I Did, And I'm okay that it's secret," Yuujii replies.

"Well, If you say so," Rowan replies

"Professor, may I ask one last thing? Can you search the name of Ricard families from the French refugees?." Yuujii asks.

"Oh, No problem I would do it right now. While I'm doing research, Feel at home." Rowans says while smiling.

There Yuujii spotted Sinzu in the side. Holding an Iron bar and folding it as it was nothing.

"Bro are you ok? You feel downed." Yuujii silently asks.

"I'm Fine, Just being ready to destroy the whole city apart," Sinzu Replies while smiling.

"That's overdoing it, But you want something?". Yuujii asks.

" You know I want some food right now. Gotta go, Imma get some food from Professor's fridge". Says Sinzu after standing up.

A familiar shout can be heard

"Hey Yuujii, Professor found something" Chris shouts.

"Coming!"

Yuujii, walk in the direction of Chris.

"Yuujii, There is a Ricard in the city from a year ago and past away. His name is George Ricard."

"George? My Uncle?, He's dead?". Yuujii, Utterly says.

Yuujii then sat down and looks down. Looking pale. His emotions are exchanged and filled with sorrow. Suddenly he collapsed. Appear to have a fever, Chris quickly brings him into the room.

" Professor, Can we talk for a second?." General asks.

"Yes, Let's go to my office." Professor Rowan replies.

Leading by professor Rowan, They reach the office and then offer the general a sit.

"Althea, Are there any training grounds in this city?" Chris asks.

"Yes, there is one, in the central. But why?".

"It's to protect Yuujii and some people."

"What's your decision?, Do you even have power?".

" I'm joining, I have lightweight power. It's should be at least helpful."

"No, it isn't, Join the support army."

"Okay, Thanks for the tips".

The door suddenly opens.
