Magic stones

Kara did not know what to react, but as he stared blankly at the system notification, he couldn't help but get amazed.

'This power…how much it could give me,' he thought.

Magic stones—these are rare kind of stones which can be extracted from dead monsters just a few minutes after its death. Depending on the strength of the slayed monster, the time that its magic stone would not disappear was longer.

The gist was that a magic stone should be extracted as soon as possible from a dead monster. Otherwise, the magic stone would disappear.

Magic stones were rare ingredients to create magic items. If you have a magic stone in your possession and combine into the creation of armor or a weapon, that certain item would be a lot more effective, powerful, etc. depending on the effect the magic stone granted it in the process.

Normally, the powers of the monsters would be transferred to the magic stone.

Magic stones were so rare though.
