61. Uncommitted

Glen looked at Connor's shoulders which were shaking slightly and he felt utterly helpless. Around them, the wind had died down, but that didn't stop the cold from breaking through the layers of the human's clothing. Connor lowered his head to the ground and the movement caused his hair to fall forward, covering his face.

The back of his coat was starting to get wet from the falling snowflakes which were immediately absorbed by the thick fabric. Glen knew they couldn't stay like this for long, but he couldn't bring himself to go to the agent to comfort him.
