Chapter 15 I Love You (LAST)

My mouth hung open as Oliver pulled me out of the building. I quickly looked back over my shoulder and caught Nathan's eyes. His eyes were wide and his brows were furrowed together. I willed my pleading looks at him to let him know how sorry I was.

Oliver was walking so fast that I kept tripping over every crack on the sidewalk. Regardless he wouldn't loosen his grip on my wrist. When we finally stopped I was shoved into an empty alley way.

He loosened his grip on my wrist but his body was pressed protectively against mine holding me in place.

I glared up at him and tried to move away .Oliver , let me go. What you just did was inconsiderate and rude. I don't need you swooping in and-

My words were stopped with Oliver placing a hard kiss onto my lips. No matter how hard I tried telling myself to kick him where the sun doesn't shine I eventually gave in. M fingers found their way into hi hair and he was holding me so tightly that I was afraid I would break. He held my face into his hands so softly it made my heart hammer loudly in my chest.

We broke apart and I leaned my head against his chest and tried to get my breathing under control.

What just happened?

Oliver lifted my face gently and he placed a soft kiss next to my mouth. His lips brush my ear and my spine tingled when he whispered softly, you're mine. I don't approve of what's mine being handled by others...

Oliver....I don't want to get hurt by you. I don't want others to look down on you because of who you're dating. Your mother for instance....

I looked away from him and I bit my lip to keep it from trembling. I really do love Oliver but I know that I'm no good for him...

I don't even have enough money to pay for schooling, I get paid squat at my cafe job - and I'm definitely not some beautiful model that would look amazing on his arm.

Oliver gripped my shoulders and held me against him. He was shaking. I tried to pull free to look at at his at his face but he shook his head and held me tighter.

Addie... Please believe me. I won't do anything to hurt you. I can't let you go...Please.

His voice is so soft that I can barley hear him. I hug him tightly and I'm fighting the urge to cry. I want to believe him. I want this work . I want to be his!

Can you take me home....to your room? I whisper.

He goes still and I can tell he's trying to decipher what I just said. He pulls back slowly and looks down at me.

Addie...

I shake my head and stand on my toes so I can reach his lips. Our lips brush softly against each other and I can feel his breath hitch. I softly place my hands behind his neck and hold myself as close as I can get.

Oliver, I want to be yours. I want to trust you. Please take me home to your bed.

He looks down at me with a smile playing on his lips. He looks so adorable like this! I'm discovering that he has so many different faces and I want to see them all. I smile up at him and he grabs my hand as wee head toward his car.

The next morning I am awake before Oliver again. I'm laying on his chest and his breath is softly caressing my hair. I sit up slowly and look down at him. I can tell I'm blushing....

I kiss his cheeks and nose and he stirs slightly. I try to stifle a giggle. He's so adorable when he's not angry.

I then slowly roll myself off of him and attempt to crawl out of his bed when I'm pulled back before my feet hit the floor. Oliver has me wrapped up in his arms and my face goes scarlet. O-Oliver , I should really go check on my ...Ummm, my cat....

Really? Go check on the cat? I know for a fact he is stretched out on my bed currently thinking that it's his now since I'm rarely in it....

He chuckles and hugs me tighter. He'll be fine. Stay in bed with me...Please don't leave my side again. I sit up and I began to cry.

Wait, cry? Alrighty then.

I'm so overwhelmed and how much I want to be with this man. I don't know how else to deal with the emotions pooling into my chest.

Oliver quickly sits up and pulls me toward him. Baby ,what's wrong? Why are you crying? Please tell me.....

I can hear the worry in his voice and it makes me cry harder. He squeezes me and kisses top of my head. Addie, sweetheart, what is the matter? Did I say something wrong?

He pulls me back and alarm is written all over his face.

Are you hurt? !Did I hurt you in any way?! His voice is shaking and he's practically shouting.

I quickly shake my head and start laughing. I think I'm falling in love with you....

He stills and his face is serious. I can't figure out what he is thinking and it's driving me crazy. Shit, shit, shit! Why did I say that?

He let go of me and his head falls into his hands .My mouth dropped open to quickly come up with some excuse for why I just blurted that out. Is it really that funny that someone like me could love you?

I pushed myself away from him feeling my face heat up in rage and embarrassment. How could I have been so stupid?! Of course! A poor ,plain girl with no real job being with a successful, beautiful man like him. What a freaking joke.

He grabbed onto my arm before I could get off the bed fast enough and pulled me so my back was to his chest. I felt his hot breath graze my ear, I'm laughing because I'm so happy.....I thought you were in love with that other man. I couldn't take it....I'm sorry for forcing you to leave him but I couldn't let him take you. I know I'm falling for you. I want you Addie.

I bit my lip to keep from crying again. He wants me? He's falling for...Me? I quickly turned around and threw my arms around and threw my arms around his neck. He pulled me in tight and planted soft kisses onto my cheeks. I laughed and couldn't help the grin that spread across my face.

So does this mean I can quit my job as being your maid and get my home and old job back?

He chuckled and shook his head. I frowned but he started to speak anyways.

I want you to move in with me , and you won't be going back to that job.

I crossed my arms in front of my chest and started to speak but he interrupted me.

You won't be needing your old job back because you'll be going to school like you've always wanted . I'm good friends with the president of the college and I talked to him about you and he's interested in helping you get through school on a scholarship. You can start next semester if you want too.

My eyes widened in shock. I couldn't speak. I could go to school, and make something of myself? But, living with him? He wants me to live with him?

Oliver ,I don't know what to say I'm so overwhelmed. Living with you? Are you sure I just...Also ,I never thought I would have a chance to go to school. I've always felt so hopeless.

I grabbed his hand and squeezed it at loss for words. Oliver is literally an angle sent to me. I'm so grateful for this man. For once I thanked God for my clumsiness. Without it I would have ran into Oliver.

He smiled ,his eyes twinkling, say you will ?

I nodded and he pulled me on top of him and kissed me with so much passion that my chest swelled. He softly kissed my jawline until I felt his breath next to my ear.

I love you Addie...

I love you too, Oliver. Always.....
