Starving

"Where are we going, Sir?" Laura asked Anthony.

"You said you had an appointment. I'll take you there," said Anthony.

Laura suddenly fell silent. She seemed to be thinking.

"What's wrong? Where do you really want to go?" asked Anthony.

"I want to go to my parent's graves. Usually, Mr. Evans accompanies me there," Laura said.

Anthony was speechless. He's not good at entertaining someone.

"Sorry, Laura. I'm sorry, My brother .... " said Anthony.

"I understand Mr. Evans must be busy with a lot of business," Laura said.

On the way, they didn't talk much. Anthony, who was usually chatty, became speechless beside Laura.

Arriving at the cemetery, Laura immediately descended and headed to her parent's graves. But Anthony just stayed in the car.

"Why do you have to go to a place like this?" murmured Anthony.

He then took out a cigarette on the car's dashboard. Take one stick and light it.
