Edward Lee Sadness

"Come on, Lee. Let's go home," Evans said.

"I want to stay here. My two wives are here," Mr. Lee said.

Evans sighed and sat down to wait for Mr. Lee to finish his business.

Andrea, who had not moved anywhere, finally sat down beside Evans.

"Why are so many people dying?" said Andrea, not understanding.

"Because that is their destiny. Live and die," said Evans.

"I feel sorry for Mr. Lee. He loved his wife so much. I've never seen such a loyal man."

Evans began to take Andrea's hand.

"If I could, I would," Evans said.

"You? Faithful? Wake up, Evans," Andrea teased.

"If you want to go home, just go home. I won't keep you two. Just go home," said Mr. Lee.

"No, Lee, I will stay here until you leave," Evans said.

"Why did this happen to me? Why did they all die? What did I do wrong?"

Evans had escorted Mr. Lee to his room. He went out and closed the door.
