Chapter 6: It works?

Suppressing his dissatisfaction, Lin Xiao asked: "Where are you?"

"This queen is in your sea of consciousness. If there is nothing important, don't bother me." Qianxue coldly replied.

Lin Xiao fears came true.

Qianxue was presently busy stabilising her soul, which seemed to have grown massively after fusing with Yang Seed.

It was shocking to Qianxue since her soul was already one of the strongest in the Divine Realm!

Actually, Qianxue previously thought that she had reached the peak of soul cultivation. Still, now, after discovering the massive increase in soul strength, she understood that she became complacent too quickly.

After this power-up, even if she were to fight against Saintess of Four Paths, she felt like she could outcome on top!

And everybody in Divine Realm knows that Saintess of Four Paths has the strongest soul amongst all living beings!

"Uh… can't you talk a bit softly? After all, no matter the reason, we do have the relation of man and woman." Lin Xiao argued.

"Impossible. What we did was a mutual exchange. This queen gave you the Heretic God's Blood, and you have me your Yang Seed in return. We have no other relation. You can never touch this queen again in this life." Qianxue swiftly corrected Lin Xiao.

Lin Xiao lips twitched. It turned out she was the one who gave him the Heretic God Blood.

Sighing, Lin Xiao looked at the frozen and naked body of Qianxue, and his throat dried instantly. Such a perfect body was underneath him just now!

Lin Xiao golden rod couldn't help but rise again.

"Don't even think about it." Qianxue freezing voice halted Lin Xiao claws that were reaching towards her breast.

"It's not what you think it is, and I was just putting the clothes back on. I shouldn't leave it here, right?" Lin Xiao shuddered at her frosty tone.

Even without trying, Qianxue's voice was always cold. It was something innate to her. One can only imagine how cold it could get if she tried.

"You don't need to worry about it."

Just as Lin Xiao wondered what she meant, Qianxue majestic and elegant figure appeared in front of him. She was dressed in a completely white dress that took the shape of her curved body.

Her golden hair was draped on her shoulders, and her sun-like eyes looked at her own dead body without any emotion.

Even Lin Xiao couldn't ascertain what she was thinking.

Moments later, Qianxue bent down and touched the forehead of her body.

Lin Xiao only felt a cold wind blowing around him. Qianxue dead body froze, turning into an ice statue within a blink of an eye. After that, it broke into millions of pieces and disappeared into nothingness.

Her actions were swift and devoid of any hesitation. Lin Xiao was once again surprised at her ruthlessness. Even against herself, she was completely cold.

'Looks like it will take a long time before I can melt her heart.' Lin Xiao sighed. It wasn't that he suddenly loved her. Just that, after tasting someone like her, he can't bear the thought of her being with someone else. She can only belong to him now!

Qianxue didn't bother talking with Lin Xiao and disappeared after doing what she came for.

Lin Xiao discovered that his body smelt bad and his little brother was sticky. Only the did he find the black filth he was covered in from head to toe!

He quickly stood up and went inside the small bathroom. After throwing away the clothes, he began washing. He felt like his vision had sharpened, and his point of view had lifted a bit.

"Did I become tall?" He muttered while washing.

After taking a bath, he stood in front of the mirror.

He was immediately stunned. He rose from the title of little handsome and have now become a very handsome man! Even his skin became soft, and he has grown eight packs!

At that moment, he spotted the locket he was wearing. It was a tiny, dark sphere! Very mysterious.

He remembered that it was given to him by his grandfather before his death.

Lin Xiao otaku mind came up with a conjecture. What would happen if he dropped some of his blood on the top of this?

"I am overthinking." He decided to discard the thought… not! He quickly ran, grabbed the knife that he used to stab his neck earlier and then stabbed his finger!

"Ouch!" Blood began seeping out of the cut.

"Have you finally gone crazy?" Qianxue, who was secretly looking at Lin Xiao great eight pack, naturally saw what he did and couldn't help but ask amusedly.

Lin Xiao ignored her. On the other hand, he took the locket out and dropped the blood on the top of it.

One drop…

Two drops…

Three drops…

Nothing happened.

Qianxue was irked that she was ignored. She coldly said: "Hey, you dare igno—"

The black sphere suddenly shined brightly, blinding Lin Xiao. His other senses were also cut out.

He felt the mat beneath his feet disappear, replaced by a grass-like texture.

Qianxue was also spooked.

Just a second earlier, she was sitting in Lin Xiao's sea of consciousness, criticising him for ignoring her and next, she found herself in a completely different environment.

Additionally, Lin Xiao was standing beside her, similarly shocked. Turned out his suspicions were correct?!

Lin Xiao and Luoshen Qianxue looked around them in wonder. The space they were in was vast, and their surroundings was filled all sorts of exotic buildings and places. At a distance, they could see a towering building that seemed to reach the heavens itself!

Qianxue seemed to have discovered something and her beautiful eyes widened in shock and disbelief. She muttered: "Impossible… impossible… how can it be here?"

"Qianxue, you know this place?" Lin Xiao naturally heard what she said.

"Humph! Call me queen. And this queen has some idea, but I can't be too sure. Where did you get that black sphere from?" She snorted lightly.

"My late grandfather gave this to me before he died. I don't know anything other than that… Qianxue, let's go discover further." Lin Xiao recounted while calmly ignoring her first request.

Qianxue gave him a black face. In response, Lin Xiao simply smiled and went ahead. He wasn't that scared of her.

Qianxue was dissatisfied with his behaviour. She felt like he was challenging her authority. Deciding to criticise him later, she quickly caught up to Lin Xiao. Her curiosity got the better of her.

Lin Xiao, who felt Qianxue presence beside him, boldly stretched out his hand to hers only to get it swatted away.

"Don't challenge my bottom line." She angrily said and went ahead by herself.

Lin Xiao muttered loudly on purpose. "Even though she was the one who boldly did everything earlier…."

Having heard that, Qianxue halted for a second before increasing her pace.

Lin Xiao was disappointed that he couldn't get any reaction out of her. He was doing these things for a reason. Right now, the iron was still somewhat hot, so he kept hitting it. After it cools down, who knows when it will get hot again?

If Lin Xiao was in front of Qianxue, then he might've discovered the flustered look that surfaced on her visage for a while. Her perfect face looked absolutely breathtaking in those moments!
