Chapter 10: Di Langyan Insists

Devoid of enthusiasm, Lin Xiao, who was already thinking of running away from here, slid open the door of Section E.

There were almost thirty-some students here, and most of them looked as dumb as hell.

The classroom was noisy, and there was barely any discipline.

Furthermore, the teacher still hasn't arrived yet. Seems like the rumours about Section E were true after all.

After someone discovered his unfamiliar and handsome face, the whole class turned to look at him. The girls in the class already looked like hungry wolves.

Lin Xiao didn't care. He walked to an open seat and carelessly threw the bag on top of the desk.

"Bag is more than just a container to store books and notebooks. You should be more respectful towards it."

As soon as Lin Xiao sat down, he heard a soft yet stern voice reprimanding him.

He looked at his side and found an incredibly beautiful young girl looking at him with a frown.

The young girl has crystal clear ocean-like blue eyes which appear to see through one's soul. Her perfectly oval face looked white and reposeful. Her pair of marvellous, naturally rosy lips, like a highly refined jewel, could garner anyone's focus, including Lin Xiao's.

Her raven curly hair perfectly contrasted against her milk-like white skin. It draped down her shoulders and curved alongside her substantial breast, creating a mesmerising scenery.

As a result, even Lin Xiao was momentarily spell-bounded by the natural beauty of this girl.

Just as he was about to reply, Qianxue spoke to him all of a sudden. "This girl… she possesses a very special constitution." Her ice-cold voice entered Lin Xiao's ears. Strangely, there was a hint of appreciation hidden in her tone.

Lin Xiao was taken aback. He immediately asked: 'Really? What kind of constitution?'

He smiled apologetically, picked his bag, hung it at the side respectfully and then said to her: "Sorry about that, I was stunned by your beauty. Also, I agree with your thinking that a bag is more than just a container. It's just that… I had an encounter with a thief on the way who stole my wallet. I was simply annoyed because of that."

Lin Xiao calmly sent his wallet to the Tower of Nine Heavens and lied.

Hearing that his wallet was stolen, the young girl's frown disappeared immediately. She scolded herself for misunderstanding him before even asking about his circumstances.

Di Langyan was unconvinced. Just then, an idea popped inside her mind. She tried her best to act natural and persuaded: "Since that is the case, why don't I treat you to lunch? I won't give you money, and you don't have to pay either."

"I insist. I reprimanded you wrongly earlier too." She dragged herself closer to Lin Xiao at the spur of the moment.

Seeing Lin Xiao's face so close to her own, Di Langyan realised the situation. She quickly sat back in her seat; her downward-looking face was tinged red. Vivid red.

"Well… if you insist." Lin Xiao smiled gratefully and agreed after being 'persuaded'.

This ability to judge a person and guide their thoughts subtly was Lin Xiao's most secret weapon in his past life. He mostly used it when closing business deals. He didn't expect it works so well against a young girl.

On second thought, he concluded that it should work. If he can guide a mature person's thought whose thinking was much more complex, then it was only natural that it would work on a young girl like Di Langyan.

Girls of her age mostly think about doing good in their studies, shopping with friends, and finding love. Their thoughts are more straightforward, hence easy to guess, hence easy to guide!
