Memories and Blessings

A year later, Elena was in school with good accommodation, she had her studio, a running contract with Vogue and Prada and she had Liam, this made her smile, she was doing well for herself. As she reminisced in the thought of her accomplishment she heard a knock on her door. She checked to see who it was, there was a letter at the door foot. "who could this be from" a letter. " She went back to her room and read the letter. The letter was from a name she's never heard she read through with speed and anxiety. Her heart stopped electrifying cold chills that went through her bones. Briskly she searched for the envelope the letter came in to see who the sender was. Picking up the envelope a couple of documents fell off. Hurriedly she checked the DNA results and pictures of her mom and a man. her knee buckled under her as she fell to the floor. "I just found my dad " she screamed.

{4 years later}

Elena wore a black shirt with a black Jean likewise Liam along with a black sunshade each holding flowers. Elena removed her glasses, wiped a shed of tears while Liam kept patting her.

"Mom it's been 10 years now since you left me, I've done a lot since then, it's been really hard and lonely. I got married to my best friend and everything is ok, but feels incomplete without you. I know the world was unfair to you, to us I know you tried your best. Mom your little girl is not so little anymore. The road has been tough for me, I miss you, mama. It was difficult walking through the lonely times alone. But I know you were there watching me and still are. I know you've been coming through and making sure I wasn't on this road alone even if you're not here. Oh, mom, Liam has been there right from time....(cries) and he's still here mama(holds his hand tight). I'm sure you're proud of me. I pulled through the things you couldn't go through before your death. I'm happier about our achievements but mom, this feeling is unbearable. I hate to say this but I've found a man who claims to be my father, the man who raped you and made you suffer. The man who didn't care to show up for us... (cries more) mom, I'm confused, cause the hatred I have for him grows even more. And I know you won't want that. You've always taught me how to love and learn to forgive But this pain is too much. ( Elena still cries, Liam gets hold of her) I love you mom and I miss you. Elena said as she drops her flower on Danielle's grave likewise Liam.
