I had a very disappointing night with Stephanie. I knew it wasn't her fault, but I wasn't happy. I just asked her to leave. She seemed to have had a good time because she left me her number and a kiss on a note. I doubted if I would be using it. 


Karen tucking Joey's number away in her purse baffled me. I barged into her room the moment Stephanie left and woke her up. 


" Where is it?" I asked her and, but there was still sleep in her eyes. 


" Good morning Oscar," she finally managed. I waited for her to wake up fully. 


" Has your guest left?" She asked with concern, and I was shocked that none of what I did bother her. The girl had thick skin. 


" Where is the business card you got. last night?" I asked her again. 


" Let me have it," I ordered and to my surprise, she shook her head. 


" Let me have it Karen, or our deal is off," I warned. 


" I guess I should start packing to leave then," she said, and I was dumbfounded.
