After his initial failure as a secret service agent, when he was unable to capture the Lord of Lords in Caracas, Zacharias Sanchez was assigned to the regions of Arizona and New Mexico during the Second World War, ... His investigative career was abruptly interrupted when he was accused of the murder of actress Noa de Haro and her fiancé Bradley Willis in an obscure case that was never solved in Mohave Village.

  Since then, he has been living undercover as an independent free agent. A completely different branch of activity from his police career, until he decided to retire. 

That's when another kind of trouble began.

The Retired Zacharias Sanchez

Zacharias Sanchez was an inflexible, tough agent, with only one failure in his police career when in 1932 he failed to arrest Alecia Hernandez Ariño and Ralph O'Neill in Caracas (see Señor de Señores by this same author). 


Nine years without taking a single day off gave him the experience to identify a plot; and the last one was badly put together. 


A rumor ran through the Angels from North to South. And it was none other than that a notorious German spy had been spotted very "in love" with the beautiful Ambar de Haro, Noa's older sister. Then they disappeared. In addition, Noa and Bradley Willis had gone into hiding with very important documents in their possession. 


The FBI went to Dr. Angie Lena Turner King, who vigorously defended the young woman; learning at the same time that Bradley Willis had fallen in love with the beautiful Noa de Haro.
