Who Am I

Lee was seeing his mate smiling at him, looking the same way she did when she returned from the university, “Stay strong my love. They may try to break you but instead, they will make you stronger. You are still too weak and you must go through this to be with me. I am still alive and we shall meet again, I love you.” He briefly got a glimpse of a room with seven patients all wrapped in mummy cloth.

“Babe, I am here to get you,” he heard Jena's voice after he came out of the illusion.

“Jena,” he called.

“Yes babe, I know you will know it’s me,” Jena said.

“Get away from me, you are not my mate and will never be,” Lee said as he looked at her. “My wolf may be resting as he is searching for my mate, but that doesn’t mean I will ever accept you.”

“Hmm, still denying it my love, I will come again to see you,” Jena said before walking out of the cell and grabbing her mother’s hand before leaving the dungeon.
