“You killed the lieutenant, didn’t you?” The superior said as she brought the knife closer to his face one more time. However, seeing that Levian wasn’t willing to answer her, she drew the blade across his skin.
“That’s the second cut.” She chuckled as she watched the small red droplets falling from the knife.
The superior crouched in front of him again and smiled. “You’re breaking,” she whispered. “How long will you remain stubborn? Your body will betray you before you know it.”
“Bring it on,” Levian said as he swallowed the bitterness that seemed to have clamped down hard on his throat. He had his plans to escape the prison, however, the drug was a little more powerful than he had assumed.
He didn’t have much time to play around with the superior. After getting the answer he wanted, he had to leave right away.
“Say,” Levian began, raising his head just a little. He locked his eyes onto hers and gave a cocky smile. “Aren’t you such a loyal dog to that man Aldrevon?”
