GUYS, WE'RE GOING BACK

(MIN YOONGI'S POV)

I ignore Jimin's and Taehyung's clothes on the floor and I go up to my room. I close the door as quietly as I can, not wanting to wake up Hoseok nor the ball next to him—Jungkook. I take off my clothes and I run to bed. Cheers to my luck, there's a small spot next to Kookie.

I glance at Hoseok before laying down. He's hugging Jungkook and a part of me wished he was hugging me. I sleep better when he hugs me.

(KIM NAMJOON'S POV)

Hoseok grabs mine's and Jimin's wrists, making us walk faster. I only want to stay in bed with Jin, kiss him, caress his soft skin, have a slow morning inside our honey bubble.

We reach the boat a few minutes later. It does look better than yesterday, but we won't finish today.

"By the way guys, have you seen all those guards? Do you think they were trying to spy us?" Jimin asks, leaning on the wall next to the door.

"Why would they do that?" Hoseok looks at me, raising a brow. "We can trust them, right?"

"Of course we can. It actually makes sense, they want to make sure we follow all the rules. Don't worry guys, we got this."

Jimin scoffs. "They don't trust us? That's ridiculous. We're literally angels."

"Speak yourself."

"Guys, let's not waste more time. Who wants to keep cleaning the inside with me?"

Jimin takes a few steps back. "I'm not getting inside."

Hoseok rolls his eyes, laughing. "Let's go, Joon."

(MIN YOONGI'S POV)

I don't remember they had their eyes on us the first days. Those men don't look away, even if I stare back. Weird, usually anyone can hold my stare more than a minute.

"I don't like this, Jin. Should we talk with the others when they come back? What if they've bad intentions?"

"Don't be paranoid, Yoongs." Seokjin says behind me. "They probably want to protect us."

"Protect us from what? As long as they don't see us as the enemies, they don't have any. Why would they want to protect only us, anyway? Their people should come first."

Seokjin sighs. "Do you want an apple? You haven't eaten breakfast."

I shake my head.

"Why do you think they asked all those questions yesterday? They said it would help them to get to know us better, but I don't believe this shit."

"They only asked us what powers do we have, which is the difference between an angel and a fairy, who's the most powerful, our strong and weak points, how we defend ourselves, our abilities and all our fighting techniques. . . Oh."

"Yeah, 'oh'." I irony. "Do you think they're planning to attack us? What if they want to get rid of us?" I pace from one side to the other. "Jin, I don't like this."

"Yoongi, don't worry. There must be a good explanation why—"

Jungkook's scream cuts Jin. We run outside, I'll kill them if they touched one of my friends.

"Let my Kookie alone! He didn't do anything!" Taehyung pleads, unsuccessfully.

"Sir, what's happening? Can you let go of his arm, please?" Seokjin asks calmly to the guard.

He lets go off him harshly. Taehuyng puts Jungkook behind him. His eyes send daggers to these men.

"What the hell do you want? Do you think we didn't notice you controlling us?" If I've to fight them, I'll fight.

"Yoongi." Seokjin stares at me for a few seconds. He walks closer to the guards, while I stay in front of the youngest.

"Is there any problem?" Seokjin asks.

Oh, where does he keep all his patience?

"Teach this kid to mind his own business." The disrespect on his voice makes my blood boil.

"He didn't do anything. You tried to make him fall with your feet and when he complained about it, you got mad. What is wrong with you?" Taehyung speaks before Jungkook can mutter a word.

"Watch your mouth, kid." One of them says, clenching his jaw.

He tightens the hand on his sword.

"Why would you do that? Teahyung and Jungkook can be and do a lot of things, but they aren't liars. What do you want from us?"

The same man lets out a mocking laugh. "Who are you, little prince? Their mummy?"

I'm about to crush my fist in his face, but Seokjin hand stops me. His eyes glow an intense blue.

"I won't ask you twice. What do you want?" Seokjin's body slightly shines.

These disgusting men look at each other, laughing. Though it doesn't last long, they all glance at us. I don't take my eyes off their hands, and as they raise their sword, I shift.

I fly high enough. All of us had the same idea, as they're next to me in a blink of an eye. A pitch high sound fills my ears. I look around, it comes from the castle. It must be some kind of alarm because more men are making their way toward us. They've already planned to attack us. Even though they can't reach us with their swords, I've never seen them fighting—I'm not sure if we're safe even if they can't fly.

"Go away from here! I'll come in a minute." Seokjin yells, moving his hands aggressively.

"But hyung—I won't let you behind." Taehyung protests.

"Go!"

Seokjin and I hold each other's sights for a few seconds. I nod, taking Taehyung and Jungkook with me, seeing a blue light behind me.

Seokjin got this—I hope so.

We fly to the ship. I hold my breath as we approach them, they could be in danger as well. Hoseok could be in danger. Luckily, they're outside of the ship. I catch their frowning faces, while Jimin covers his ears.

Taehyung runs to Jimin, hiding his face in his neck. "Hey, what happened? Taetae, why are you crying?"

I turn round to the others. "We've got a big problem."

"What's that siren? Why did you shift? Where's Jin?" Namjoon panicks, looking around. "Guys, what's going on?"

"They're attacking us, we need to leave."

"Attacking?" Hosoeok eyes widen.

"Wait—Seokjin? Yoongi, where is he?"

I bite my lower lip. "He stayed behind. Don't worry hyung, he got this. Seokjin knows what he's doing."

"No way." Namjoon shifts and flies away before any of us can resonate with him. If something happens to them, I'm going to kill the king and his people one by one.

I turn to face Hoseok, placing my hands on his shoulder. "Hobi, how does it work?"

"What are you thinking, hyung?" Jungkook asks, standing behind him. He tries to hide it, but his body trembles like jelly.

"We need to leave and we'll use this ship. We can't leave this island flying. We've no idea how many hours we've to fly to find ground again. We can't fly forever."

"You're right, Yoongs, but I've never sailed a ship before." Hoseok swallows.

"We need to remove the ropes from the stones first, it keeps the ship still."

"I'll help you Yoongi, what do you want me to do?" Jimin says, gently letting go of Taehyung. He looks briefly at Jungkook, pointing Taehyung with his head before facing me again.

"Undo the ropes in the front, l'll undo the others."

Hoseok join us and we finish faster than I expected. With all the ropes untied, the ship moves following the sea's flow.

"Who's going to sale this boat?"

"Seokjin will, his father taught him." I say.

Jimin frowns. "He isn't here right now, Yoongi. We don't even know if he'll come back. What if they hurt them?"

"Jimin—" Hoseok glares at me and I keep my mouth shut.

"Jimin, they'll be okay." Hoseok pats his back.

They hug each other for a few moments, while Taehyung and Jungkook do the same. I scoff to myself, what am I? A third wheel? I wish Charles could be here to keep me some company.

"Hyungs! Hyungs!" Taehyung yells.

Seokjin hugs Taehyung, placing a kiss on the top of his head. Namjoon ruffles his own hair, sighing.

"Let's get out of here, quick. We don't have time." Seokjin runs to the helm.

I follow him, looking back a few times. "What did you do back there? Can someone make this thing go faster?"

"I stopped them—even though it won't last for too long." The ship starts moving quicker. "Let's get away from them. I'll use the portal. Guys, we're going back to Seoul."
