"So... Wait.. Wait. Let me get this straight. You ...rejected Alexander at your family house..?"

Sarah gave me the most complicated look when I narrated the previous events.

She was extremely thrilled when she learnt I am gonna get trained under couch Stephen who actually lives in our town. But, her face soon changed after I narrated what happened with Alex.

Sarah was jumping to conclusions again and being a pretentious romantist with an over active imagination.

"No. No. No. I didn't reject him. Besides, like I told you Alex wasn't even being serious. H-He was just joking around. He agreed with me too..!"

I slurped the juice from the juice can placed on the table.

"Yeah. Of course, He did. Young lady.." Sarah massaged her forehead .

"Exactly." I nodded my head confidently.

Sarah seemed more pissed of than before when I responded. She then abruptly got up from her lunch seat and twisted my head towards Alex's direction by pressing my chin.

"Then why is that! Lover boy looking like a poor kitten socked on water..! That poor boy has miserable dark circles and he isn't even walking straight on the corridor..!"

I looked at Alex who looked exactly like she said. His dark circles looked more darker than ever. His hair seemed more messier than before, he didn't wear ironed uniform like the other days and further he did not tuck his shirt in today.

He was giving a total bad boy vibe where ever he walked and surprisingly I think more girls just fell for him because of his strange aura.

I giggled at Sarah's assumptions.

"Are you joking..? Alex probably put a whole nighter for the upcoming exams. Isn't that something normal..?"

Sarah looked at me with an extremely pitiful gaze and then looked at Alex again.

"I feel very sorry for him. I am definately lucky my cute junior isn't like you.." Sarah mumbled and walked away.

"Cute junior..? Who is it Sarah..?" I quickly joined her to through our plates at the bin.

"None of your business..!" Sarah said still looking kinda mad.

"Ah.. Come on."

"As long as you don't acknowledge the fact that Alex might actually have a crush on you.. I will not tell you who my handsome junior is..!"

My face shrunk again in confusion.

Sarah was being totally unfair.

I am mean isn't it obvious. There's no way.. There is no way a hottie like Alex would ever crush on a geek idiot like me. Like I said before, He is wayyy out of my league. And, beside we are just good friends who had known each other since childhood.

That is why.

I must thank god for not having a crush on Alexander Min. Then, it would just make everything between us awkward and wrong on all levels.

Anyway putting all this Alex talk to the side, coming to think, I haven't seen Derrick all morning.

I put the trash on the bin, placed the my plate near the kitchen sink and walked out of the Cafeteria..

I wonder where he is..

Dear Diary,

Do you know? School is a beautiful garden filled with many flowers.

Few flowers are cute and sweet.

I looked at a few girls with pink hoods and sweet smiles waving at me. I waved back.

Few flowers are unique.

I found few nerd like girls looking at me from the corner while hiding behind the lockers. I noticed and winked at them too. The immediately dropped down and fainted with red faces.

And, few flowers are nice and kindhearted.

"D-Derrick, T-This is some chocolate milk I got for myself. If you are hungry.. Do you want this..?"

From the corner of the corridor loud clicks of high heel shoes echoed from a few distance. The eyes of the people automatically averted to the direction the sound came from and the all anticipated for the dramatic entrance of a certain Queen Bee.

I smiled my brightest to the kind girl ignoring the events of my near frightening future.

"Why.. Thankyou dear. I was just thinking of having some drink at the moment. I am so glad you bought me one.."

The girl then squealed and rushed towards her friends.

"D-Did you see that..!!? Derrick Han actually took my chocolate milk..?! Do you think that's because he actually likes me..!?!"

I over heard her whispering loudly and felt my mind turn light hearted.

Yup. School is definately the place where the most cutest flowers or in other words, girls exist.

And..yet..

Soon, the appearance of the three famous girls with over make up and luxurious clothing was seen in the edge of the corridor.

High heels clicked loudly. Big earrings jingled like Christmas bells. There was a sudden explotion of perfume. Everyone around me automatically looked at the three and gave them a red carpet welcome.

I sighed and mentally prepared my mind for their arrival.

And.. Yet...

.. I just had to be stuck to seduce the most poisonous ivy in the entire garden for my best friend, Alex's sake.

"Derrick Han."

Vanessa walked before me with her two friends. In seconds, they blocked me at one corner with no gap to escape.

"You said you would help me with my husband Alexie. Did you forgot your promise.. Derrick.. 'Opha'..?"

The mood was quite serious and scary. With her red jacket, black onyx jewellery, deep red lipstick coated lips high heeled black shoes and a demon like aura, Vanessa Choi looked quite scary at first look. But that immediately disappeared when she hissed her last word like a cuss word. Even her friends seemed confused and immediately stared at Vanessa the second she uttered it.

"It's.. Not 'opha'. Vanessa. It's 'oppa' .."

I hit my forehead with a fed up expression.

Tara hit a nail only after I told this to her. Sabrina understood that too but unlike Tara, Sabrina immediately turned to the other side with shaky lips.

"Pfft." I heard a laugh that still slipped out of Sabrina's lips even though she forced herself not to.

I narrowed my eyes.

Sabrina.. Did you hear that..?

This is the real life 'gap moe' of Vanessa that is showed in various Japanese Tv shows and Anime.

She might look scary, speak scary and even behave scary. But, because she is mispronouncing a common korean word with her sweet voice everything around her becomes cute in all of a sudden without Vanessa even noticing.

Sabrina is lucky to be in a situation to laugh loud. While, I on the other hand couldn't even react to all this.

"Come to the main point!"

Vanessa snapped with a glare.

"Y-Yes mam."

I admitted immediate surrender like it was something granted.

Recalling our previous conversation that was simply threat on the scale of 70 percent by Vanessa, I said.

"But, I cannot help it, Vanessa. Alex was on vacation for a week and I had some personal issues that I couldn't meet Alex even after he returned, for a while now. But, now that I am back.. I.." I smirked.

"I will help you if you tell me the magic words, doll face."

I tried flirting with her openly with a wink.

Though Tara and Sabrina were supposed to be the girls on Vanessa's side they were clearly moved by my charming flirts and squealed like young puppies in love.

"Ahhhhh.. Derrick Oppa is so charming.. Sabrina.."

"Yes.. So charming that I cannot breath..!" Sabrina was rubbing her chest.

I felt satisfied and looked at Vanessa. But, of course. Though I did charm the other girls, the one I directed my charm to looked totally unfazed.

Vanessa stared at my face with empty eyes and zero humour.

"Are you that eager to die..?" Vanessa threatened me.

Like expected. I felt like someone just banged me with a baseball at the moment.

"No. The magic words are 'please' and 'thank you'. You would even find them on the dictionary."

I shrugged my shoulders.

Vanessa glared immediately. She soon looked at me lazily and then sighed.

"Seems like I thought right. You are pretty useless. If you try talking to me again, I'm gonna get you arrested, Farewell."

Vanessa said and walked away as though she had just exhausted herself on an wasteful activity.

I massaged my head as the trio left.

I might be a lot if things. But, for one.

I was not a waste.

And, I really do have my way with Alex.

I then went forward and immediately grabbed Vanessa's wrist like an old buddy.

Vanessa's eyes widened.

Both, Tara and Sabrina were both shocked at my daring act. They looked at me like how they do to a daring mad man who had just stamped a lion's tail.

Like expected Vanessa's eyes twisted like a scrooge old man and her entire expression gradually turned to disgust.

"Ew..! H-How dare you touch my arm..?! Do you want your hands to be ripped of your body..?! Alex would never accept me if I touched another man's hand..! Let me go, you f***ing bast*rd..!"

She squealed dramatically as though she was actually being harassed by me though, I simply just grabbed her by her wrist and dragged her along with me.

I sighed again and said.

"Just shut up and follow me, suger cute."

"You..!!?!"

"You want me to help you with Alex right..? I am capable of helping you if you are simply willing to comply and watch me make Alex fall madly in love with you. Deal..?"

"...."

Vanessa's scary glare melted and a light blush covered her face.

"O-Okay.. I-I..comply.. 'Opha' "

She said looking a bit embarassed.

She calmed down. I noted.

Is this the face she makes when she's acting shy..?

To think the number of times he has seen her like this, Alex sure is one lucky guy.. That's for sure.

I felt my face burn at her gap moe as I led her through the corridor.

From the corner, Tara and Sabrina looked in awe at the only other guy who managed to calm down the raging Vanessa and dare enough to actually take her by his hand.

"When did those two get so close..?"

Don't misunderstand you two Vanessa and I have might seem to look quite close now. But, if there was no Alex between us Vanessa would never notice me like how we do to the oxygen of the atmosphere.

That is the reason why, no matter what I must succeed in seducing Vanessa and help Alex. For that to happen I must show that I am quite useful to Vanessa.

It is just do or die formula for me, Dear diary..!
