6. At the party

Ella saw her friend Paige. "Just a minute" she goes to Paige.

Liam asks Jane, "Does she have a boyfriend?". "Are you interested in her?" She asked. "No she is pretty so-" Jane cuts in "No".

"And don't even try to take interest in her", she paused.

"Anyone who confessed his feelings or tried to get close to her got rejected on spot, I heard she once used to date three guys at a time but she changed alot recently".

Liam's gaze went towards her. "What could be the reason for her sudden change?" He thought.

Junho was working in his office. He stretched his arms and sighs "Why do I work so hard as a human?".

Beta of the pack James who worked in the same company came inside the office.

"Sir here please take a look at this file", James hands the file to Junho.

"Sir, I saw Lunar pack king Liam yesterday here. I wonder what he was upto.", James asked. "He was here for some other reason. Don't worry", Junho was busy with his work.

James came out of his office and looks at his phone. He stared at Ella's picture and smirked.

Ella came back with Paige and they sit together with Liam and Jane.

Everyone was busy chatting. While Liam's gaze was fixed on Ella. Jane notices and holds his hand. "Are you okay? You look kind of lost today", Jane asked.

"I'm more than fine. Thanks", he took a sip of his drink.

"Let's dance", Jane said and all four go for dancing. Ella was trying to get familiar with this kind of atmosphere. But got a little uncomfortable as unknown people were getting close.

Liam noticed."Guys let's go over that place. We can dance more freely because of few people there", he suggested.

Ella glanced at Liam. The four go where Liam told them to go.

After they finished hanging out. Ella was about to get inside her car when a voice stopped her. "Ella dear it's been so long", an unknown person showed up.

She ignored and was about to get inside her car when the guy closed the car door which annoyed Ella.

"You are going to regret what you are doing right now", she said sharply.

"Don't you remember how I rejected you, I changed my mind", he said. "Oh my I was waiting for you", she rolls her eyes.

"Move aside" she shouted and her eyes suddenly changes into red colour. And the guy flinched.

She got inside her car and drives home.

Liam saw her. "What is she?" He mumbled surprised.

The guy approached Liam, "Sir did you see her? Her eyes suddenly changed-".

"Hm? No it didn't what are you talking about? You must be hallucinating", Liam assured the guy.
