In the year 3000, the world changes as the government unleashes its greed against the population.

The hierarchy changes as humans were stripped off from their rights. They were placed under three sectors; the Pegasus, the Owl, and the Eagle.

They fulfill every sole order from the government as they are put under slavery.

But the Pegasus betrays the government and they form an organization that is destined to free the population from this misery.

Archer, the heir of Pegasus is assigned to lead the mission, to take down the government. He believes that they should be free and right to speak their own opinion. He has no other goal but to take down the government.

As mysteries and trials were unlocked, little did he know he needed assistance from the most dangerous fugitive in the capital.

And that woman is Celestine.
