Let It Go

 His energy seemed drained after an unexpected day, but he still made time to stop by one of the mini markets.  Buy vegetables and several types of side dishes.  Xiao You Ren intended to make dinner, then talked about what happened that morning at the office and apologized.  For now that was the only thought he could think of, though with some trepidation.  They had only known each other for a few days, and even then, they did not reach the stage of being close to each other and becoming friends.

 That afternoon Xiao You Ren spent his time in the kitchen, after finishing his cooking, he rushed to his room and cleaned himself up.  Half an hour later returned to the kitchen and served dinner on the dining table.  Sitting quietly in one of the chairs with his hand holding the phone.  Noticed a name and hesitated to send a message.

 Occasionally glance at the food that is already on the dining table, then muster the courage to type a few words.  Read it before it was sent and again lost courage, erasing it word by word over and over again to the point where he gave up.

 From outside the apartment door was opened, his low voice was still heard in the silence of the room.  With a little nervousness Xiao You Ren got up from his seat, adjusted the seat and walked away to meet Wang Xian Wei.  It was only a few steps before Wang Xian Wei's face came into view.  Xiao You Ren displayed a stiff smile.  "Sir, I made dinner."

 Wang Xian Wei stopped his steps, looked at Xiao You Ren then turned to the food on the dining table.  His face was still expressionless when Xiao You Ren spoke again, "There's something I want to talk to you about after dinner."

 It's not like Wang Xian Wei doesn't know anything, even though as a CEO he is mostly in his room and rarely talks with employees, but there is a secretary who faithfully delivers the hottest news among the employees.  He nodded his head in response to Xiao You Ren's words.

 "I'll clean myself first," he said.

 Xiao You Ren forced himself to calm down, while waiting for Wang Xian Wei's arrival he reheated the food in the microwave.  Less than 5 minutes the food is hot and then moved to its original place.  Soon Wang Xian Wei came out of his room and walked towards the dining table, taking a seat on one of the chairs.  Wang Xian Wei did not immediately enjoy the food that had been served, but looked at Xiao You Ren who was still standing without any intention of joining.  He coughed lightly and said, "Sit down, let's eat together."

 Hearing those words, Xiao You Ren thought that he was getting orders.  So he reluctantly agreed to sit on the chair opposite Wang Xian Wei, prepared his own plate and scooped up the food.  They ate in awkward silence with each other, only the sound of the clash of spoons and plates being heard until Wang Xian Wei spoke again.  "What do you want to talk about?"  he asked without taking his eyes off his food.

 The younger man gasped, paused for a moment his mouth activity and began to string words. After feeling sure, Xiao You Ren immediately spoke up and said, "Sir, I apologize for indirectly involving you in the photo circulating among the employees.  Don't know who took the picture, but there's a bit of an idea on the matter. Tomorrow afternoon I'll also go see Liu Xuan to apologize and talk things over with him."

 Even though Xiao You Ren's tone was relaxed as if he didn't find the slightest problem, Wang Xian Wei knew that there was pressure in the man.  Like something capable of triggering trauma.

 It was still clear in Wang Xian Wei's memory about the day he found Xiao You Ren to be in serious mental trouble because of Liu Xuan's actions.  Even though the man was under the influence of alcohol and didn't come to his senses, it was clear that he was a factor influencing Xiao You Ren's mentality.  For this matter Wang Xian Wei could not prevent them from seeing each other, instead giving full encouragement to help Xiao You Ren overcome his fear.  However the man must get used to dealing directly with the people who make him anxious and gradually overcome the trauma.

 "Go, solve your problem. If you start to feel pressured, contact me immediately. Don't try to face Liu Xuan directly," Wang Xian Wei said lightly.  His aim was certainly good, making Xiao You Ren dare to face the darkness that had been hidden in his heart.

 "Thank you, sir."  It was clear that Xiao You Ren's heart felt a warmth that spread to his head.  This feeling is so pleasant, the feeling when someone is worried about you, the feeling of having a rock to lean on to support your weight.  Xiao You Ren liked it, despite the evil reality that was ready to take him down at any moment.

 Without realizing it, the corners of Xiao You Ren's lips pulled to the left and right, creating a smile that was so beautiful and sincere that it touched the corners of his eyes.  For a moment it was able to make Wang Xian Wei gasp and crave for more, so sweet and soothing.  "Looks better," Wang Xian Wei spontaneously said.

 The confused Xiao You Ren gave a questioning look with wide eyes just like a puppy.  Obviously the sight locked Wang Xian Wei's eyes on Xiao You Ren.  The man did not use his big round glasses which made the access to see him even bigger.  Wang Xian Wei awkwardly continued to eat.  "It's better to see if you smile loosely not out of formality."

 Hearing those words, Xiao You Ren pulled back the two corners of his lips silently.

 Finished with the simple dinner, Wang Xian Wei returned to his room while Xiao You Ren cleared the dishes.  At that time they returned to their respective activities until morning came and forced them to carry out activities as before.  Go to separate offices, do work, and come home when it's time.

 Xiao You Ren drove his car to one of the closest restaurants from his old apartment to meet up with Liu Xuan.  The previous night he had contacted the man and asked to make an appointment to discuss the problems that had befallen him and indirectly involve other people.

 Stopping the car in front of the restaurant, Xiao You Ren slowly entered it and looked around to find the right seat.  However, unexpectedly, Liu Xuan was already one of the customers there.  Sitting in a corner chair with his head down looking at the phone in his hand.

 Without further ado he approached the man.  Being at a distance, Liu Xuan lifted his head and met Xiao You Ren's clear eyes.  With a thin line on his lips, Xiao You Ren brought himself to sit on the chair in front of Liu Xuan.

 "Hello, You Ren."

 Liu Xuan sounded very gentle and out of character he used to be familiar with.  It gave Xiao You Ren a big shock, but not to the point of lowering his vigilance.  After all, the man had a bad role in his past and it still remains today.

 With a slight quiver on his lips, Xiao You Ren returned to a slightly wider smile than before.  Find a comfortable position on the holder.

 On the other hand, Liu Xuan raised his hand as a sign that he was calling for a servant.  When a female waitress approached their table, Liu Xuan asked her to empty the menu book for Xiao You Ren to order according to the man's wishes.

 Xiao You Ren glanced carefully at the menu book and made a quick choice, then turned his head to ask the man in front of him, "What do you want to eat?"

 Without the slightest hesitation in his heart, Liu Xuan replied, "Thai red curry and dim sum."  The look in his eyes did not escape the surprised expression of the other party.

 In their past, the two types of food had a close relationship to their college friendship.  Before the truth about Xiao You Ren and his older brother was revealed by some of Xiao You Ren's close friends, his relationship with Liu Xuan was fairly close.  Friendships that belong to and depend on each other are so close that the whole campus calls them brothers who get along.  Thai red curry was a dish that Liu Xuan always ordered while Xiao You Ren's dim sum, they would put the food together and eat it together.

 Remembering that day was a different matter between two people.  Liu Xuan seemed to be beaming at his deed, then Xiao You Ren put on a gloomy face.  Of course the impression left on them was different.

 After calming each other's minds and being left by the maids.  Xiao You Ren raised his face and started to make his point.  "I want to apologize for the gossip that was circulating, it must have reached you and caused trouble."

 Staring at Liu Xuan's face for a long time made flashes of the sad past flash out of his eyes again.  Like a tragedy film loop that keeps on spinning and making ripples in his stomach.  Very uncomfortable.  His back even began to be wet with cold sweat to make the shirt he was wearing felt uncomfortable.  Those clear eyes began to turn wild, moving restlessly to avoid the figure in front of him.  Xiao You Ren had already prepared the courage to meet Liu Xuan, but didn't expect that it wasn't enough.  He is still a coward.

 Seeing the strange behavior of the other party, Liu Xuan's face gradually turned into panic.  He knew that Xiao You Ren was struggling to deal with it, pushing away the traumatizing fear.  At that point, Liu Xuan regretted all his crimes.  He reached out his hand to touch the shoulder of the man in front of him, but Xiao You Ren clearly refused with a reflection of the body that immediately dodged.

 "You Ren, I'm sorry."  If young Liu Xuan could find the meaning of love first before prioritizing arrogance and worshiping egoism, it was certain that the young man before him would be in his arms and comfortably lean on his chest.  Not avoiding and displaying a fearful expression that invites thousands of regrets.

 "You Ren, I'm sorry."

 Widening his eyes in surprise, Xiao You Ren looked confusedly at the man before him.  Liu Xuan's face clearly showed sincerity, besides that there was also great regret tucked in his eyes, but it was hard to believe everything that figure showed.  Turning his face in a hurry to avoid direct contact with Liu Xuan, Xiao You Ren was still undecided.  Afraid that what he heard just now was a joke that would embarrass him like before.

 "I'm not kidding, You Ren.  This is serious."  With a swift movement, he grabbed Xiao You Ren's shoulder, forcing the man across his seat to pay attention.

 "I'm sorry for all the bad treatment I did to you back then, all the trouble I created for you.  You Ren, I'm sorry," Liu Xuan said earnestly.  His black eyes were filled with honesty.
