As Tahnee watched the happy couple drive off after the wedding, she sighed. She had dreamed of this day since she saw the look on Slaton’s face the first time his eyes landed on Brenna. The look was memorable. Never had Tahnee seen him like that. Never did she think she’d be able to witness the first time true love hit him. Not everyone received it the same way, but his was hard. She thought he was going to pass out right in front of them. She could not help the smile that had spread across her face watching him stumble out of the house. It took all her control not to jump up for joy. She sent a silent message to Grey who quickly walked into the living room to witness the event himself.
