Nancy Neo was a nomad who traveled around towns and cities. Her family decided to settle in Akin City which promised peace and safety. I swapped my hands as I tried to catch every single drop of rain that was frozen up in the air, it felt so good to be the only thing moving when everything else was frozen.

Just then I heard a voice that startled me,  "amazing Nancy, you did great if you keep up with this rate, you will discover amazing things you can do, now you can freeze time," the voice said.

"Nico is that you, is this possible? how was I able to do this?" I asked looking for him.

"You have no idea the things you can do,  there is so much more for you to discover and you're on the right track, keep it up," he said as he walked away.

I swapped my hands and it started raining heavily again, I was wet, so I decided to go back to my room, I happily changed into new clothes.

I couldn't wait to discover all the powers I have and what I can do with them. I slipped into bed and covered myself with the blanket.
