8. The Welcome Party(1)

After Marshall exited their room she stood in front of the mirror and smiled at herself by looking her blushed pink cheeks when she was thinking about the moment she just had with her husband. She was greatful of him to give her as much time as she want to return the feelings he had for her. Not only he was caring , loving and respectful but also he was very patient towards her which always gave her butterfly in her stomach but it wasn't in a way she wanted to feel for her husband. Thus she never gave Marshall full right on her and her body until now.

She went to her closet to pick her dress for the party but not before telling herself shyly , " If things continues like today then I might end up loving him soon."

She already picked everything she needs to get ready before she went to get a shower for herself. She was honestly very thankful for it as it was already late by now. So she put on a white boat neck net gown which hugged her at her right places showing her perfect body. She put on light makeup . She put blood red lipstick , kohl and maskara . She was natural beauty so she don't need much makeup neither does she like doing it . She put on her new white heels which she bought newly for the party and went out of her room.

When she opened her door she saw her husband was waiting for her in the drowning room.

He wore a black formal suite in a slightly informal way i.e. he left first two buttons of his black shirt unbuttoned through which his perfect muscular chest was pipping out slightly. His hairs were styled neatly which made him look like a dom .

She took a. long breath while murmuring to herself, ' Perfectly my type.' But somewhere at the corner of her heart she felt he wasn't the one for her which gave rise to another question 'Who was her heart waiting for?'

Listening to her almost inaudible murmur a smile formed at the end of his lips which he immediately masked it before she could notice.

Her murmur would have gone unnoticed by others but being a supernatural creature once their powers are awoken they have a wide range of audible frequency as compared to humans. Being the head of a pact he had a batter audible frequency.

After they came back to their senses she coughed a bit to clear the awkward silence. He didn't take his eyes off his beautiful wife and extended his hand for her to hold and they both left for party.

As always he wore a white shirt and black suite with black pant. He wore a brooch with a symbol of royals engraved in it designed with diamond on his color . It went well with the dress. He wore a custom made wrist watch made of black platinum . He styled his hair which looked messy but in a style of its own. He placed it so well that not a single strand of his hair were in different place then he wanted it to be. He looked stunning with his usual get up in an unusual style. Anyone could say he shurly is a great heartbreaker and girls must drool and throw themselves on him.

It was almost time for the party to start and he had arrived at noon and stayed in the mension he bought for himself as he had no idea about the time he would be staying here.

He went out of his mension and Marcus appointed few trusted people of his and his king to be with Leo which he gladly agreed. Each of them were of different personalities and each of them were master of their own field. They had no idea about the things Marcus knows about the situation but they all were aware of the things Leo knew about the situation as well as their open and hidden motive to be here.

Marcus knew whom to choose and they together formed a perfect team. They all were dressed in black with a symbol which shows officials of royal court.

Marcus as well as Leo trusted each of the members Marcus appointed as they were saved from different situations and dangers by Leo or Marcus . They also knew each of them will sacrifice themselves to protect their young King as they were greatfull to Leo and Marcus. Marcus as well as Leo never treated any of them as their lower official instead treated them as brothers in arms and family.

They were greeted and recieved at the entrance by the head as well as young head which was Trina's father and her husband Marshal . They were lead to a room prepared for them to relax.

" Young alpha ..... please relax a bit in here and the function will begin after ten minutes." , Head of the pact told him by bowing a bit in front of their king with respect.

Leo nodded his head in agreement and asked him to call him before starting the party. Looking at the room he was shure that they already had an idea about his preference in colour so he guessed the party theme also must be black and white. He was shure it was Marcus who sold him out. But he was kind of greatfull for it because seeing too many colours would be an eye sore for him.

He sat on the single king sofa and waited for the ten minutes to end so that he could see his princess. He was growing impatient. Seconds seemed like minutes and minutes were like hours for him.

After about eight minutes which seemed like days for him Marshall called him to be seated on the designated place which was made for him and his people so that they could start the program.

They were walking down the hallway towards the seat made for him to be sorted along with his men around him.
