Chapter 30: The Emergency

Mike was admiring his 3rd badge. Meanwhile, Carson was battling for his 3rd battle too. Mike had finally realized that he had the same amount of badges as his father. He was aiming to get more badges than him and to get all 8 badges in Hammerton. Mike watched Carson as he battle elegantly with his new training techniques. In No time, Carson beat Mei and got his 3rd badge. Georgia was proud of both of them for getting 3 badges. Mei was disappointed as she had never lost in that Kimono, but as a duty as a gym leader, she had to be a good sport, win or loss. They left the gym until they saw Kishore, from the battlefields. He said that he was going to battle Mei, but by the time he was going to enter, A huge howling noise came from the city.

A man who was walking with his Rockruff was attacked, as Rockruff had been enraged. Mike looked around, he noticed that all the pokemon outside of their pokeballs had turned purple. Wei was walking his Houndoom until it turned purple and started running. Mike, Carson, Georgia, and Kishore decided to help knock out any vicious Pokemon they saw. Mike sent out Dartrix, Carson sent out Wartortle, Georgia sent out Umbreon and Kishore sent out a new Eevee he had caught. Mike found a vicious Beedrill and knocked it out with Dartrix's Leaf Blade, Carson knocked out Wei's Houndoom with Wartortle's Scald, Georgia had knocked out a Hypno with Umbreon's Dark Pulse and Kishore knocked out a wild Persian with Eevee's tackle. They kept on knocking out vicious Pokemon until all of Carson, Georgia, and Kishore's Pokemon have fainted.

Only Mike's Dartrix was still up. Suddenly, a vicious Alakazam teleported and used a psychic on Dartrix. Dartrix countered with a Leaf Blade, which did a little bit of Damage to Alakazam, Alakazam used a powerful Shadow ball and brought Dartrix to low health. Suddenly, a blue aura was surrounding Dartrix. It was evolving. Dartrix had evolved into a Decidueye! Mike's new Decidueye finished off the powerful Alakazam with a newly learned Spirit Shackle. All of the vicious Pokemon were knocked out in Moako City and were further treated at Pokemon Centers around the city.

They were curious about how every pokemon turned vicious at the same time. They went to the police, who had radiation cameras around the city. The cameras showed that a large wave of radiation had gone through the city. They were still curious about how a wave could have started it because they only knew that a special chemical would start that enragement. The Police Chief said that in the next city over was a Radiation Specialist and to talk with her...
