Chapter 32: The Movie Shoot

Just ahead of the Pokemon Center was Route 10. All they could see in the background was sand. They continued to battle trainers in the hot sand until they saw a Movie Set. They decided to go to the movie set and they couldn't believe their eyes. They saw Jimmy Nook, one of the most famous actors there was. The director of the film saw Mike battling the trainers in the background easily and offered him a role in the movie.

Mike would have to battle Jimmy Nook in the desert as an action scene for the movie. Mike gladly accepted and a lady took him to do his Makeup. Carson and Georgia walked off to the side and waited for Mike to be done with his makeup. The director brought him to an artificial metal battlefield, Mike was confused as this was supposed to be a desert scene, the director said that special effects would make the metal battlefield look like sand. The director asked if Mike wanted to use some rental Pokemon or his own Pokemon. Mike decided he would use his own Pokemon.

The producers set up professional lighting and microphones. Jimmy Nook said to not get as Intense since this was only an acting battle. The battle began. Mike sent out Decidueye and Jimmy Nook sent out Cinccino. Cinccino started off with a Rock Blast which sent 5 rocks at Decidueye, but Mike told Decidueye to dodge it by flying in the air. Mike used a Leaf Blade on the Cinccino. Jimmy used another Rock Blast which knocked down Decidueye, but the Director yelled cut, as they would add special effects to make it seem like an explosion. The battle then continued, with Decidueye knocking down Cinccino with an Aerial Ace. Jimmy sent out his final Pokemon, Torkoal.

Torkoal used a powerful Flamethrower, which knocked out Decidueye. Then, Mike sent out his Zoroark disguised as Litwick. He ordered "Litwick" to use Dark Pulse. Torkoal used Solar Beam, but since it was so hot in the desert, it was able to be charged up in one turn. Zoroark's disguised wore off and it took a lot of damage, but Zoroark finished it off with Night Slash. The director said that was the only scene he needed with Mike in it. He thanked Mike for all his hard work and paid him 200,000 poke dollars. They packed up their things and start their journey on Route 10 until a Black and Yellow plane landed near the Movie set...
