Alexandra didn't believe those words because it was rare for a dragon to come to 'rescue' her when she didn't even know her.

This is new," she gave an incredulous laugh "it doesn't matter because I won't fall for that pathetic lie of yours" the human tightens the chain tighter making sure to now hurt the dragon, recognizing her skeletal features, she knew It would not require much effort, as her low pain tolerance level would do all the work for her, but it did not seem to affect the dragon, although she was seen to suffer a bit of discomfort from the chain, the skeleton dragon was relatively fine.
