CLUE: SERENDIPITY

I looked out of the car window, remembering that night when we received the "last" news about the detective. How had this happened? The accident in which he had disappeared was all over the news channels, and they were saying that a person had died of whom we didn't know who he was. 


An indescribable fear took hold of me. Tomorrow we would have to travel to the other city to settle those two matters, I sighed full of frustration, and my friend saw that my mood had dropped. 


- Everything will be fine. We are all together. - Ashley smiled slightly at me even though I knew deep down that she was in the same state as me. 


-Yes, it will be fine. - I took Ashley's hand, gave it a little squeeze and continued the rest of the way in silence. 


As I turned the corner of the street where my house was, as I saw Alex's car and Ashley's car parked, I assumed that before they went to Louis's house to see me, they passed my house.
