"Haa... Haa... It's... Your... Win..." I panted, breathing heavily as I held onto the railings to catch my breath.

"Wasn't that more fun than following your self imposed rules?" Darryl laughs, hardly breaking a sweat as I glared at him.

"The point of a contest is to win fair and square within the boundaries of the set rules. Though, I feel like I'd still lose even if we started at the same time." I sighed, approaching him slowly while he makes circles on the ice around me.

"I wouldn't have imagine a wolf to be such a stickler for the rules. From what I know of your kind, they are free spirited and not one to be held back by rules. You're too uptight." He chuckles freely, skating backwards as he grins at me.
