Chapter 127: The Stars In Your Eyes

I woke up, a dull thudding in my head as I pushed myself off the cool sheets. The faint muttering of hushed conversation overlap before all was silent.

Suddenly, my body was wrapped in a warm embrace as a concerned and shaky voice called out my name. It was hard for me to focus on the owner of such a terrified voice at the time but his scent was pleasant and reminded me of the forest.

"Leave him be, let him regain his bearings first." Another voice echoed as I grabbed at my head.

"Do you want some water? Shall I fetch you a cup?" The first person asked as I shook my head and clutched onto his sleeve.

"... I'll get the water. You stay with Sol." The stranger's voice echoed a little further as I knitted my brows together and slowly pried my eyes open despite the sharp pain I got from doing so.
