Sol and Aries have remained tight-knit friends ever since their first encounter back in school.

Due to a series of failed experimentation, Aries expresses his concern for Sol's safety which in turn roused Sol into a defensive stance. 

Sol did not want to tolerate his friend condemning his skills and incited to break off their friendship. In turn, Aries begs for forgiveness only to end up on the other side of the research spectrum and ended up as Sol's test subject.

With everything said and done. All that was needed was for the experiment to fail as always so that Sol would give in and take into account his own safety in conducting his research.

What happens next, when Sol finds himself stuck in between a rock and a hard place when he finds out how deadly his research could be?

I twisted and turned in bed. The confusing feeling and actions Darryl did spiralling in my head. I never took him as someone who would be so focused on someone.

After all, aside from me... I've never seen him actively going out of his way to express such concern. Huh... No way... That just makes me sound conceited. Sol, you're not Adonis. You hardly have the face for it. It's impossible to have two men suddenly coveting your affection.

I frowned to myself, my own words stinging my chest as I finally sat up in bed and sighed. I glanced to Aries' side of the bed, another twinge piercing my heart as I bit back at the feeling.

Its not my place to apologize. He had been in the wrong. Even if it was unintentional. I have no thoughts to submit yet again. Being in a relationship... It suddenly felt all but stifling.
