Chapter 30

Carson face broke out into a grin. "Okay deal." He took my hand in his again and we walk to the ticket booth. We bought our ticket for the rollercoaster ride and joined the line.

As we stood side by side in the line, I noticed that Carson was still holding my hand. I didn't know if he noticed, but I didn't pull my hand away.

Trying to distract myself from how good my hand felt in his, I watched the current people that were on the ride. The rollercoaster was moving too fast for my liking and people were screaming loudly. My hand tightened over Carson's own in terror. I felt Carson lightly squeezed my hand in reassurance. Why did I agree to this again?

It was now our turn to go on the ride. We gave our ticket to the person collecting tickets and step unto the platform. I stood outside of the cart that we were about to go on, not making an effort to move.

"Come on, Kitten. You can't stand out here the entire day." Carson said as he came behind me.
