Chapter 10: USJ

The classes continue as usual and the whole day went normally with no interference other than the trespassing incident.

All of the teachers are investigating the gate where the reporters entered. According to them, the gate is opened by a big, cloaked person that is about two meters tall.

Currently, the teachers are seated at a round table discussing the incident.

"The security cameras are disabled for a whole minute and six seconds. Other than the disabled ones, no other cameras are able to see anyone suspicious." A security staff elaborates.

"So, everyone, what do you think? Everything we have gathered leads to a single conclusion. An elaborate plan to infiltrate the school." Nezu asks everyone present in the room.

"But we didn't see anyone entering other than the reporters. Someone with transformation quirk is quite possible but we were able to contain the crowd pretty fast so the possibility is low unless someone breaks out from the group." said Present Mic.

"That's the point. Someone who can destroy the gate that fast is a very strong individual. The thing that we need to figure out is their intention. Is it to attack, to steal something, to send a message, to warn, or to infiltrate the school?" Nezu clarifies it to them.

Vlad raises his hand and the teachers look at him. "Is the USJ classes going to proceed? Or are we rescheduling it due to the recent attack?"

"We shall proceed, but we need to be cautious and attentive of any possible attacks."

--The next day—

The sun rises as people in Japan prepare for another day.

Just like his usual mornings, Araki did a few minutes of exercise and took a bath. After that, he heads out to U.A.

He enters the room and saw a half of his classmates already present. They are talking to each other and Araki hears that it is about the joint class.

Araki took his seat and as soon as he did, Denki, who was talking with others walked to him.

"Are you excited? They say the classes would be on USJ and the lesson would mainly be about disaster rescue. I would like to have a fighting lesson you know, or maybe a fight with dummy villain like the entrance exam." Denki says excitedly.

"You know they can't do that this early in the year. If you want, we can have a spar on one of U.A.'s training areas. Just friendly sparring though." Invites Araki as he organizes his desk.

"I just noticed this, but the number of your bracelets increased. Now that I just asked that, what are they for? You've never told us before. Are you a fan of the Chinese Hero Chang Shi? He also has ten bracelets in his arms."

"Nope, they are support items. Like Aizawa-san's binding cloth. Their use is that they help me keep my emotion in check, specifically negative emotions. That is because if I lose control over my negative emotions, I would also lose control over my quirk and I might destroy many things."

Araki's revelation shocks Denki as that would mean that a slight annoyance would make him lose his ability to lose his control over his quirk. That would mean that ever since his quirk awakens, he always needs to suppress a part of his emotions, which is kind of tragic.

"It's not like I can't be sad, angry or what, it's just that, I need to control them. So, stop that frown or I'll punch your face." Araki stands up and grabs Denki with him.

--12:50pm--

"I know you already know the upcoming class because of Class 1-B spreading too much, no Vlad spreading too much info about future classes I don't need to explain."

"Today, we're going to have rescue training so change to your hero clothes or P.E. if you want. The class would be with four teachers. So, hurry up and go to the loading station ASAP."

The excited students can't hide their emotions and all stood up to change clothes. They soon gather at the area of the bus with Aizawa.

"Sir, where's the other class?" Ochaco asks out of curiosity.

"Already left. Get on the bus already."

"Everyone, line up!" Iida commands as everyone thought at the same time, 'He's so serious.'

-In an unknown location-

A thin man with a hand in his face and the whole body can be seen with a mist entity following him on his backside.

"Tomura, they are currently on their way. We should gather everyone up." The voice came from the mist guy.

"Then gather them already." The man named Tomura orders him.

-Back in the USJ-

The class rode the bus and reached their destination 10 minutes later. There, they saw Class 1-B in their costumes. Vlad and the Space Hero: Thirteen is also there.

As soon as they got off the bus, a loud snicker can be heard at the pile of Class 1-B.

"Ha! The Class 1-A! Do they think they are better than us just because they got the letter A?" It was Monoma. Fortunately, before he can continue, Kendo's backhand already knocked him out.

"I'm so sorry about that." Kendo apologizes while looking at Class 1-A's deadpan reaction.

"You're all here. Let's go inside and start your lesson, everyone!" Thirteen appears and accompanies them as she explains the different features of USJ.

"This is Unforeseen Simulation Joint or USJ in short. A shipwreck, flood, landslide, fire, storm, and many more. This is a training ground that simulates many disasters that can happen." Thirteen explains to them and they reacted in awe.

"Vlad, Thirteen, where's All Might?" Aizawa asks the two.

"He did too much hero work, and so he rests for a while."

"We talked about this yesterday and he is still late." Aizawa whispers to himself.

As soon as he finishes talking, the lights in the building flicker. Everyone notices this and saw a black portal forming on the plaza area.

Soon, more than approximately hundreds of people come out of the portal.

"Oh, this is just like the entrance exam." "Stop, don't move. Does are real villains!" Vlad screams to them.

"Thirteen, Aizawa and Vlad. The schedule that we received isn't correct. All Might is supposed to be here." The black mist guy said, though not heard by everyone from U.A.
