CHAPTER 8.1 - Restored And Quest

***The Next Day / Tolbana***

The environment can hear various noises coming from players who have just decided to live in Tolbana and NPC's that offer different services

"Where are we going Kouki-Kun? Shouldn't we go to the second floor to find a black-smith who will do Asuna's rapier?" They turn to a narrow alley and penetrate across where there are vendors on the sidewalk. They stopped at a street vendor selling various types of weapons

"It's very durable and if you want I will sell you that sword at a very cheap price," The street vendor said "I'll give you 1000 cols for this" It is quickly paid for by the player "Yosh! Thank you! Come again!" The woman smiled broadly in gratitude

"Lisbeth-Sama! How was your sell?.." Kouki greeted the girl

"Uwaa! Kouki-senpai!" The woman smile widened even more when she saw Kouki "Good thing that you are here, I have new daggers, you might want to take a look" Asuna turned to Liten who was looking with a dark aura to the woman who was talking to Kouki, Asuna feel something bad will happen so she moved away slightly

"I'm not here for the daggers.." The woman noticed the presence of Asuna and Liten "Can I make a favor Lisbeth-Sama? This girl her rapier was destroyed when she upgrades it to +5. We want to restore it"

"What?! That was impossible to do besides my skills level in terms of metal equipment repairing was level 20, I can only repair small equipment" Its forehead furrowed as she explain "Another problem is the materials in repairing.."

"We have the materials needed, we only want you to do it by your skills as a black-smith" Asuna looked at her with a pleading face

"Haist! Fine! But I can't assure the 100% success rate" The girl said, she is Lisbeth one of the player who decided to stay here on the beginner's floor and enhance her black-smith abilities.

Lisbeth has brown fluffy hair with a white hairpin, her eyes are dark pink and she has small freckles on her cheeks.

After they help Lisbeth fix her things they go to a Black-Smith shop located in the northwest of Tolbana. As soon as you enter the shop, you can hear the sound of the iron and the smell of rusty metal, there are also different type's weapons displayed from small to large weapons.

Asuna send the fleuret data and the Iron wind to Lisbeth "W-what! Where did you get this? This is a special rare item I've never seen this before" Lisbeth was shocked seeing the rare items that Asuna got "Now then, let's start.." Lisbeth mix the data of Wind fleuret and the Iron wind. Lisbeth's seriousness can be seen as the hammer beats the Iron wind. Asuna suddenly remembered when the fleuret destroy

"It gonna be okay" Kouki gives an assurance smile to Asuna.

With each stroke of Lisbeth hammer on the iron win,d she gives everything she can because she knows that the sword is the most important to all players especially when she fined out that Asuna is a front line player, Lisbeth thinks that even in this way she can help end this deadly game

*Clang clang clang clang*

After a few seconds of hammering it lit up and it shaped like a sword, when the light that covered it disappeared, Asuna was overjoyed to see her wind fleuret again. Lisbeth handed the wind fleuret to Asuna when she touched the wind fleuret again her eyes become watery "Thank you so much Lisbeth-San" Asuna hugged her

"How much does it cost?" Kouki ask Lisbeth

"I don't accept money coming from you, however, you can pay me if you allow me to maintain all your weapons" Asuna was surprised hearing that coming from Lisbeth but she immediately smiled and agreed

***Teleport Gate***

Asuna, Kouk, and Liten are now standing in front of the teleport gate. A teleport gate is a feature that allows fast travel between the floors of aincrad. It is located at the central plaza of the main settlement on each floor. The teleport gate allows free teleportation to any other floor where the gate is activated. This happens after the players who beat the boss of the previous floor's labyrinth open it. Teleport gates have an appearance of an arch made of neatly stacked stones. It has no doors or bars. The space in the middle of the arch is distorted like a portal.

"Thanks for your help Kouki-Kun.. Liten-Sama.." Because of their help, her rapier came back, so Asuna was very thankful to them "I don't want to say goodbye because I know we will see each other again" Meaningfully Asuna looked at Liten and the woman understood what she wanted to convey

"Just make sure that when we meet again you defeat lots of monsters," Liten said then she raised her eyebrow that in turn made Asuna smiled

"Of course! I'm faster than anyone else HAHA" Asuna raised her eyebrow too "How about you Kouki-Kun?"

"I'll stay here for a day; I just have things to do"

Asuna hugged Liten and thanked them again then she walked towards the middle of the teleport gate "Teleport to Urbus!" The area around the teleport gate quickly lit up at the same time Asuna transported to the Urbus the main settlement of the second floor

***Urbus Settlement / 2nd Floor***

Cold evening wind greeted Asuna when she arrived at the settlement of Urbus. Asuna suddenly remembered that Argo had sent her a message but she hadn't read it yet, after replaying Argo's message she started to walk.

While walking toward the inn here in Urbus Asuna noticed someone following her, when Asuna saw an alley she entered immediately and quickly hid. When it followed her she immediately sprints from her hiding place and aimed her rapier at it "Show yourself" He quickly raised his hand as a sign of surrender, when the moonlight shone on his face Asuna recognized who was following her "Kirito-Kun?!"

"Uhm, Hi Asuna.. Hehe" Next was the arrival of Argo who was still panting

"A-chan! Finally, we saw you!" Argo held Asuna by the shoulder "Do you know that we are in a labyrinth the whole day looking at you"

"Why are you looking at me in the labyrinth?" Asuna asked with a frown

Argo was about to answer when Kirito had stopped her, he knew that Argo would say that he paid him just to look for Asuna "Huh? Is that your wind fleuret?" Kirito noticed Asuna's wind fleuret

"Long story.." They walked to the inn where Asuna was staying

Argo leave but Kirito led Asuna in her room where she stayed "Goodnight Kirito-Kun" Asuna was about to enter but Kirito held Asuna's hand to stop her

"Uhm, Gomen nasai Asuna.. I know that the fleuret was restored now however I feel guilty for what happened in your repair" Kirito was looking at the floor so Asuna couldn't see his face

"I don't blame you Kirito-Kun, I insisted on upgrading my rapier even though I wasn't sure what would happen but I still insisted so it was my fault" Asuna smiled "But.." Kirito look at her "If you still insisting that it was your fault" Asuna act like she was thinking "Maybe free lunch will do"

"Okay.." Kirito smile
