CHAPTER 29.2 - Duel using dagger

"Why not you two try a duel?" Liten suggested "To get rid of your worries Asuna" They stopped and started thinking. Asuna look at Argo and nod

"I think that's the best idea and besides you will also benefit from it, have you ever experienced a player versus player duel Asuna-Chan?" Argo ask her and started swimming

"Umm, yeah the first duel was with Kouki-Kun.." Asuna didn't finish her words when Liten approached her

"What?! That's unfair! You two seeing each other without me?" Liten pouted "I send him so many messages but he didn't even reply"

"He seems to do a lot and I didn't see him on this floor, I guess he is still on the lower floor" Asuna decided not to tell Liten what she discovered about Kouki. She was thinking that when Kouki's true identity leaks he will be in danger and for sure a lot of players will hunt him just to get information about the quest

"I see.." Liten nod

"And the second duel was with Kirito but its draw," Asuna said

"Draw? It doesn't seem like Kii-boy" Argo said and looks at Asuna "Well if you are his opponent that's not surprising" She looks at Asuna with a meaningful look

Asuna and Argo equipped their clothes and prepared for the duel

"A-chan what type of duel do you prepared?" Argo ask

"Umm, half-loss mode," Asuna said

"Whoa! I guess I will sit here long" Liten said still soaking in the bath while looking at Argo and Asuna who were preparing for the duel "Should I get snacks?"

Asuna look at Argo who was equipped with a pair of claws in her hand, she hasn't seen Argo fight yet so she has no idea how she will plan to fight her. After sending invitation of duel to Argo the duel counted started and they prepared, and when it reached zero, Argo dash towards Asuna that makes her shock she didn't expect that fast move and try to attack Asuna using his right claws but she blocked the attack, however, she didn't expect that Argo will use her another hand and that scratch Asuna on her right arm

"W-what.. I forgot that she has claws on her both hands" Asuna murmured she was about to Attack Argo but she was shocked when he can't move her right hand "W-Why? I can't move my right hand?" She looks at her hit point level and there was a paralyzed sign on it

"That's my hidden tactics.." Asuna look at Argo who was smiling at her "I put paralyzed potion on my claws" Asuna didn't know that was possible

"Very cleaver.." Asuna smirk, she started getting serious. She forgot that Argo is Beta Tester too like Kirito, so she is more skilled and more accustomed than her

"You're much grate than her Asuna-San!" Liten shouted cheering her

"Shut up!" Argo said

"Avenge me Asuna-San; she defeated me by her paralyzed tactics" Liten pouted "If I only knew that I could have done that to my mace too"

Asuna started thinking of a plan, even she manage to block Argo's first attack she is sure there will be another attack that was difficult to avoid.

"This is not good" Asuna can't think what is the best way to do, she looks at her hit point and the paralyzed sign was already disappeared "The effect of paralyzed potion only last two minutes, not that bad however if Argo continues to attack her and even when her claws scratch even if it's just small scratch Asuna was sure that it will affect her.

"I'm sure the paralyzed effects are gone now, should we continue the duel now A-Chan?" Argo said smiling. Asuna dash towards Argo and charge her with linear however Argo used her claws on her both hands to block Asuna's rapier. Even though she was surprised by how Argo managed to block her attack, she still quickly stayed away from her using a backflip because she was sure she will plan to attack her "You seems to know how my attack pattern" Argo was amazed

Asuna was faster than Argo in terms of speed however Argo was faster in terms of attacking because she used claws it was handier and lightweight so it was easy to use in hitting and blocking. Asuna sigh in stress, she accidentally look at Liten who was now peeling an apple, the knife couch her attention and smirk

"Huh?" Argo was confused when Asuna removed her rapier "What are you doing A-Chan? Don't tell me you're giving up?"

"That will never going to happen" Asuna smirks, this is the time that she needs to forget that Argo was her friend at least in this battle so she can fight her. Asuna equipped her dagger "Let's start now"

Asuna dash and throw a single shot, it was about to hit the face of Argo, however, she block it but because of Asuna's throwing dagger blocked her sight so when the dagger was gone Asuna was startled in from of her "Don't tell me she will!—" Asuna charges her dagger it glows to indicate that her next attack was more powerful. Argo prepared to block the attack however Asuna was faster and before Argo blocked it she was already hit by a single slash on her stomach her hit point decreased, while Argo was looking at her hp Asuna grabbed the opportunity to attack her and throw a single shot and followed by sprint towards her and when Argo availed her attack she didn't expect Asuna on her front "H-How did she know that I will go on this side?!" Argo smiled, she already accepted that she will lose to Asuna. Asuna quickly grabbed Argo's right hand and pin her on the wall of the bath and aimed her dagger at her neck

"Whoa! That was a nice battle, I enjoyed watching you two" Liten clap "That dagger was very helpful.. I see"

"A-Chan that was the best duel that I experience" Argo congratulate her. They continue bathing after that. Asuna was now relieved after that duel; she now knows that Argo can protect herself. "A-Chan, where did you get your dagger?" Asuna handed to her the dagger and Argo check its information

"That was a drop item from a rare type monster," Asuna said "Remember when my wind fleuret broke? That was included in the drop items"

"Hmm.. That was such good information" Argo said scanning the dagger "You haven't upgraded it yet?"

"Ohh I forgot, maybe later," Asuna said

"W-What?! This is such a good dagger; in this type of dagger you can upgrade it into a maximum of plus 20!" Argo was amazed "Give me the map, where you got this dagger"

"If you are planning to make money on that information, I'm telling you that won't happen," Liten said, Asuna and Argo throw a confused look "That was one of one"

After taking a bath Argo said goodbye to them because she was going to Mananarena town, while Liten and Asuna meet Kirito at the restaurant

"I still don't understand why women love the bath with a big tub" Kirito was frowning, he waited in the restaurant for almost an hour

"I feel fresh" Liten smiled

"You can take a bath now Kirito-Kun, we will wait for you here," Asuna said

"Where's Argo?" Kirito asks them

"She has already left, she will be going to Mananarena town" Asuna answer "You can take a bath now"

"Maybe later.." Kirito said. Liten stood up and spoke

"Hey, lovers I will be ahead of you just send me a message if you need anything" Liten started walking while waving her hand
